No power issue Jetson Elemental Pro Scooter JELEM2

looking into this Jetson electric scooter for a friend. he got it at a yard sale for $7. probably for a reason. this initial trouble shooting is looking for signs of water damage and to assess if a repair is even possible. this is a retired model Jetson Element pro JELM2 so parts may not even be available, unless salvage is available.
