Really cool. I’ve seen these all over Instagram but never actually thought about checking them out, so it’s cool to see an actual product review and not just a stop motion clip. I love the range of motion, and the magnetic stand adds a lot of possibilities.
Assembly has to be kind of a pain just telling apart the slight differences between right/left on the limbs, but it all looks cool once it’s assembled. I like that you can opt for just pre-posed hands if you don’t want the individual digits to articulate.
Doubling up, haha nice work! Interested to see what kind of animation you can pull off with it, it’s always great going from articulated figures that work nice enough to armatures that are literally designed specifically for animation.
It's really nice, man. Assembly wasn't too bad because if you put the wrong parts together, just pop em off and try again. But some markings would be much appreciated. But the articulation is second to none. I mentioned Amazing Yamguchi was the closest thing to this, but even those seem limited. I would say that if you're interested, pick one up. But you can also just animate with the stuff you already have. I've been looking at these armatures for years now, so I thought why not.
@@KaiMoFilmsright now they've got a price tag of $77 on their website. Would you say it's worth a price tag that high, quality wise? My action figure collection consists of a couple Marvel Legends and a couple Star Wars Black Series, so I'm guessing this is way above those in terms of general quality, but I've never dropped so much cash on something so relatively small before. I've been really eyeing it because it would be an incredible reference for my artwork when I'm drawing humans and other human proportioned creatures, but I'm hesitant looking at the price

These are pretty cool, but the fingers pop off regularly over the smallest movements. And the arms sometimes also pop off. So that's my only complaint. Mid-animating I'm always on the floor looking for a lost finger haha.

Earlier versions had the balls popping out of the hip sockets. Are these the same or improved? Over time do you feel the joints will loosen and not hold their poses?
If you really push the joints to their limit, they will pop out. But with general play and animation, very few joints have popped out. The fingers can be a bit tedious though. And as with any figure, the joints will most likely become looser over time. They have great rigidity right out of the box, so I'm not too concerned with anything becoming loose anytime soon.
@@KaiMoFilms being able to purchase replacement parts would be cool. I’m about to order one. Just didn’t know if there was a newer design or what and trying to pick out my color. Awesome video!

They are excellent, but I got more fascinated by the Armature Nine figure, are more expensive than the Stickybones but also more, flexible and have more movement range.
