At the end all I heard of was butterflies and the princes in the frog tiana and a church looking place that was dark with a beautiful stair case . After I fished it I feel so calm and my body feels so calm

maybe try & cast a circle before you start! i casted a circle & not only does it protect you from any negative energies, it also gives your mind a rest bc you know nothing can hurt you x
Your to fast never gave me time to breath and enjoy each moment everh time you said a step you would talk right through it if you would listen to your meditation for yourself I think you would understand more where I'm going with this. And your voice isn't calming enough need lower more gentle. Take care😍👼Just my opinion 😍
