The 20 or 10fps glitch is because of the 4gb vram, it should be playable on your 3060 with 12gb vram though. Yeah there's a lot better games than this and no need to play it with unplayable experience.
And how is this game better in terms of graphics than games from 2013-15? The Witcher 3? And to play at 20 fps you need to lower the quality to the level of year 2001. Modern games with artificially high requirements is so bad
