@@jaybee4288 - it sounds like you're new to meeting Nate. 🙂 Nate was a part of "Channel Makers" for a long time, but very recently left to build his own channel here. He's been at this a while, has LOTS of amazing videos over there, has done tons of channel reviews, conducted lots of research and was a course trainer over there. But yes, Nate's new channel here is not massive yet, but his content is top quality. Considering that he was monetized almost immediately after starting and in a relatively short period of time is already up to 36.3k subs... and I'd say he's doing things pretty well. I hope your channel is doing well too. 👍

I'm gonna be honest, I was skeptical of your advice at first bc of how relatively low the view/sub counts are compared with the channels that have already "grown," but what keeps me coming back to your videos is the succinct analysis of observable trends, and the way you organize your thoughts and content.
The delivery is approachable, and it feels like you're a mentor/teacher figure for me as I firm up what I hope to accomplish on RUclips.
I actually did a live stream of myself going through this video (as much as I could in a few hours at least), and it was frankly cathartic. I have a much better idea of my goals now. Thank you for your help, Nate.

As someone who faces significant challenges in communication and building connections (I find it easier to rely on logic rather than empathy), I find your videos both triggering and incisive. You speak directly to me, and I appreciate how you explain things. I hope to one day fill the void I feel in my understanding. Sometimes I think I'm just a girl who wants to share her passions in life, while at other times I feel pressured to package my content for a specific goal, which compromises my vision of authenticity and directness. As a result, I end up both doing nothing and doing everything at the same time. I hope that makes sense! I truly value and appreciate the effort you put into your work. Thank you for your hard work.

I resonate with everything you said so much. To this point my youtube channel has been largely me sharing passions and making content based on what I specifically want to talk about, however I am in the middle of a rebrand to create content that mixes my personal curiosity, with niching down to appeal to a larger audience. Trying to find that sweet spot and structure my channel with a clear vision. Which is why I'm watching this video haha Take action with creating content, and give yourself space to pivot and transform over time. Action is necessary to develope clarity! All the best

I downloaded the template and I'm only going through the first couple questions, but it is so helpful so far! It is the first time that I feel like I'm making true deep progress with genuine reflections. Thank you for what you do! I hope everyone can succeed!

Happy Holidays, Nate! Thanks for all of these great tips you have shared over the years. They have measurably improved my channel and given me great guidance that I don't get from other sources. As always, I will be putting some of these planning tips into action right away. Starting with ... how about a collaboration?? 😄😄

Awesome, awesome....awesome info here. Thanks for this! Would love a video on the business side of things, both internal and external, like you mentioned during the filing nomenclature portion of the video. Its always cool to see some best practices when working with a team and making sure communication is as tight as possible. Again, thanks for this!

Love these tips and will be implementing them. You have been a big help and am slowly but surely making changes that you suggest. Next step is to make my videos a bit more fun. I’m trying to figure that out without looking stupid or fake

Nate, I really appreciate the hard work you put in to give creators like myself and many others a chance to succeed. You are the most authentic RUclips educator out there, and I wanted to thank you for all you do.
Furthermore, you spoke about how you have done numerous of one-on-one coaching sessions, and if by chance you were to see this comment, I would love to know how to go about being a candidate for one of those sessions. Much love
