I just started batching for my bookstagram and this is how I do it so that it works with my schedule: i spend 1-1.5 hour for ideation and planning a week's worth of content, then the next day around similar time for shooting, and then on the third day i draft posts and captions. This works best with my work schedule. This video made a lot of sense for me. It was super informative!!
Thank you SO much, Jade. I'm that person who was thinking she could sit down on a Sunday for four hours and batch her content...then wondered why it never worked. So simple, yet SO helpful. Thank you so much. I can't wait to put what you've shared into practice. 🙏🏽🧡
I've always been big on content batchingon IG but figuring out the design and captions used to take me ages! Recently started using boost app social for reels, stories, and even AI tools to craft catchy descriptions. It's like the cherry on top of my content batching cake. now I'm all in! Makes crafting content, especially for IG, a breeze.
I just passed the phase where I posted videos week by week!! everything was so new to me so I felt so overwlehemd. Not I scheduled 2 weeks advanced this gives me mental space to plan things in batch
Loved this! It would be great if you could share any tips for batching tutorial-based content. As a haircare creator, there's only so much we can film in one day since one video takes hours, such as wash day routine. One thing I try and do is film IG story content that same day, but filming multiple youtube videos is tricky.
I swear, I come up with the best ideas when brushing my teeth or in the shower. So many times I've hopped out of the bathroom to scribble something down or make a voice note because I had a lightbulb moment in there 😅
This is exactly what I’ve been needing! I’m far from a “content creator” but everyone tells me just to post when brain is experiencing and needing everything displayed in this video. Thank you!!
This is amazing. I try to batch but my BIGGEST hurdle now is time! I’m a mom of little kids and “flow” time is not easy to come by. But I am doing my best. My current goal is hiring an editor. I can’t do all this myself. ❤
Jade! This entire video is so helpful. I batch content all of the time but juggling multiple platforms can be annoying sometimes. Hearing your approach is helpful! Sooooo true about being in the mood to record. 💜💜💜
My goodness Jade! This video is packed with serious gems and knowledge. Thank you so much for detailing every step. I'll surely be taking heed to the steps you've laid out.
Jade, thank you so much for this video. I did start planning content for a week but I want to do more than that. I hope I can follow your plan and remain consistent . Thank you always for the tips and tricks ❤
Wow, I forgot about those days of exporting overnight and waking up only to see my computer crashed and I have to restart the export. I upgraded, finally in 2022 and it changed everything for the better.
I saw a lot of batching content video…but this is truely the best I ever saw. So smooth and shown so you can follow and start of batching. So nice - thank you!!🎉
I do some of the things you mentioned already like scheduling has saved my life big time and I’m thankful I can just schedule ahead like weeks and a month ahead then I write out contents rehearse a little and just film multiple contents a day and just take the rest of the days to edit gradually 😊 it’s helping and I can’t wait to start earning so that I just pay for editing cos I feel like that’s where the bill work is too
I love how you explained this! Especially using your flow instead of going against it. this whole thing automatically becomes more natural (idk if what I’m saying makes sense ). Also the fact that you suggest starting smaller rather than fully go big. Love love love the energy 🎉🎉🎉❤
This is such a helpful video, thank you! Social media content creation has been the bane of my existence, being able to optimise & basically schedule thigns in advance would defo cure this for me - defo gonna add this to my processes
Thank you very much, Jade! I found you at just the right time. After a few weeks of learning lighting, playing with my cameras available, and learning video editing and Canva, I'm ready to start doing exactly what you're describing. Thank you for giving me one less thing to figure out! I went to upload to RUclips last week and realized I hadn't figured out what I was going to put in the description or name the video and was already burned out from all the work I had done that day to get to that point. I had to walk away from it.
This was incredible! First off, you look amazing. Outfit, hair, makeup, perfection! And you can tell you put SO much time and effort into this video. Just took SO many notes and cannot wait to start batch creating on TikTok for my business!
Thank you for the helpful breakdown! You pointed out a lot of details that often get overlooked. And thank you for the realness! Getting ready really does require effort- I’m glad it’s not just me!!
This video was super informative for me! I am a baby in content creation field and I literally had no idea how to work efficiently with my content. But now, thanks to you jade i know what to do ! xoxo
Thank you!!! I am not a social media guru by ANY MEANS but being a Travel Agent I know its a needed tool. Thank you for this video, you took the fear out of it for me!!!
Thank you so much Jade! I love how you show how you work more than just slides describing it. Even seeing the hubspot site helps me put all these pieces together. I’m making a big switch on the kind of content I’m creating and it’s been a big learning curve. Like almost starting over lol
omg FINALLY! straight to the point, USEFUL tips! I have literally been searching forever for a video like this. Exactly what I was looking for and plus some new, very helpful tips and advice and where to find 'em! girl thank you so much you are great.
OMGosh this was so helpful, thank you. It's hard for me to find time to batch content involving myself (like skits) but gaming is a little easier for me. With streaming games and editing gaming clips I'm trying to find a balance. I just wanna do too much all at the same time. 🤣
awesome video Jade! love your vibe. In the past I was making these huge batches with no succes. keeping it small is a great thing I've learned from this vid!!
Love 🥰 Jade's video's on this channel. I need to improve the quality of my video's from start to finish because I find creating the thumbnails and titles are easier than producing the actual video's but I will work on it. Recently someone watched my video's and said they were boring and it's why I am struggling to get viewers and subscribers.
That was very useful! Saved for later to look at the process again :). I like how you said you need to break things down and really go through the whole process in depth, so you're not leaving yourself a bunch of unforeseen work in the future.
Awesome video, thank you so much! Not sure if I'm missing something wrt how to use the content calendar? It seems to open in Canva only, how to we convert into Google sheet?

This is really a great way to start, I think I will try this, thanks soooo much
Question so when you do that that’s 3 days you don’t post
When do you edit the videos?

Batch creating and scheduling uploads is a game changer. It reduces the pressure and stress. Starting small is definitely good.

I love boost app too! Makes crafting content, especially for IG, a breeze.
@@averielaciee Is this just Boost app? I can't find anything on this app online :(
Honestly I can see why I have been failing in social media without doing all of these steps and having a dedicated time for everything! Thanks again ❤

❤❤I love your channel Gena Marie. I was also wondering the same thing, I’m about to start a hair channel. I’m Nigerian by the way

The more of your content that I consume the closer I get to my first upload am almost there.
Have you uploaded?
How's it going? Have you uploaded?
Are you there yet?

Thank you so much, Jade! This video was super informative! ☺
You blessed me this morning! I love your simplicity on camera and sharing how to breakdown the complexities of the creation process. loved it! ❤
Good tips. I usually batch record once a month and edit one video every week.
You nailed it.
Sorry, does this mean you only post once a week if you do it this way

Hey Queen, how did it work for you? Girl it’s a struggle for me lol . Finally posted a long form video, and it’s more so a slideshow , helppppp 😂
I write ALL ideas down even if I do not use them right away.. this way I have a collection to refer to and to reuse 👌🏾
Same here

Thanks so much for this! Jumped right to filming and ended up having to redo so much. Getting ahead of it will be way better.

I love that you said it’s like a muscle. I think so many people give up when they try a “proven process” for the first time and it doesn’t work
