It would be very helpful and a very good safety feature if wheel manufactures started giving the option to display a percent power gauge in place of the speedometer when pushing the wheel to the limits. Being able to see visibly how much of the wheels power output you are accessing would be a game changer. And prevent a large amount of cut outs I bet.
@@SunStorm_EUC as long as the app doesn’t disconnect or freeze. Trusting the app can be a mistake. I think that wireless beeper that goes in your helmet would be the best bet. The problem with the beep is that you only hear it when you go over the threshold, it would be nice to see what sort of power you’re are using when you’re accelerating hard, going up hills … so you can become more aware of the power that you are using regularly. I agree, though looking down going that fast may cause a crash.
The moment I hear a beep from my Shermax I back off. As a US Army helicopter pilot we have an old saying that we live by…there are bold pilots and there are old pilots, but there are no old bold pilots.
I have the VSS and love it, but after riding and feeling out a V13, it's a crazy difference especially at high speeds!!! Can't lie I couldn't stop thinking about it
@Not_Evil_ at high speeds the V13 is the best option imo, I own a VSS which is more of a cruiser,... but it's fast too, just feels like it's being pushed, the v13 doesn't feel pushed hard at 90kph
@@alexutlang there is slight incline on the road, do you still think this wheel can hit 90kmh from 80kmh and accelerating on a totally flat road without the help of that incline at the start. Because my friend hit 89kmh on his sherman max on a very similar road but with a little more incline
@Yusufcan Aktas if you want performance and range, nothing can touch master pro. If you want portability, good build quality and speed yeah SS is a good option
And how do you know when to stop pushing? Because it was beeping at 81kmh, but you have pushed to 90. Will there be a constant beep or what? Btw what was the pwm setting?
@@alexutlang Wait your saying it can go 59mph with tailwind? 50-55mph safely (rather safe ISH) for a lighter person then? I'm in the us so I NEVER use kph and have a hard time getting an idea of the speed in that measurement.

Thank you, Preach!
Do you look often on the screen of your wheel at those speeds? :) Connection to the app is enough.

100% Correct!

Impressive! I was under the assumption that it was a 45 mph wheel but I guess not!
Gps data would be appreciated. Because shermax also showed 80+ on speedometr but in reality it was only around 70 kph.
I sit down and lean forward to get out of the wind. I’d be interested in seeing you push for a top speed that way
That's what I did on my patton. I can do 95-96kph seated on my master pro V3 but very difficult above 100kph. Standing is more stable above 100kph
Good. Thank you for this. The Sherman S is my favourite wheel. With this I see no reason for the V13. Size.
Agree. SS is best all around wheel and it just works out of the box. No modification needed

I love that wheel.. The tiltback and beep at 280kmh is a weird idea.. But sherman s is the best wheel ive ever ridden
Well If I won’t be able to get the V13 this will be my 2nd best option I guess
Probably better choice than V13

Any opinion on the bearing? I believe they have switched brand
So far mine is good. No problem yet
I will wait for my full gear to arrive before I try riding above 60 :)
Does it beat more rapidly the closer you are to a cut out or something? How does it work?
You need to check PWM on darknessbot or margin of safety on euc world
Euc world safety margin setting -20 to 20. Can anyone explain?
I said 78kmh before, close enough :D
