Staedtler and Faber-Castell are my favorite pencil brands! Best pencils made in Germany!✏️🇩🇪👍
Wow- awesome video, I use the blue Mars sets- I absolutely love their strength and how they sharpen without crumbling, thank you for making great quality pencils- and hi from NYC!! :)
I thought I finally learned how to properly pronounce "Staedtler" ... until I heard her pronounce "graphite".
it sounded more like "graph it" :o
I think that's just the accent, so her pronunciation should still be fine for Staedtler?
7700Purplexity I'm German and she pronounced Staedler correctly.
XD ikr?
After just watching the Faber-Castel video, they're pretty much made the same, they're even made in the same country! Except Staedtler seems to focus a lot on putting more of a elaborate design on the pencil's protective casing haha.
This was very interesting, my little girl asked me how pencils are made while I was on-line and found this on you-tube! Interesting!
We need a newer HD version of this.
I feel like a total geek for watching this.
It would be nice to see a renewed version of this video since many years have passed.
You made my old schools equipment

this is really interesting!
As much as I love Staedtler, the video of how Faber-Castell pencils are made is way better and more fun.

Fascinating
I'm from Germany and this pencil is made in Germany
I thought they just cut down two quite nice squirrels trees and then put the tree on a lathe and cut it down to the size of a pencil. That goes to show what truth there is in cartoons.
I love pencils.
i think its a german speaking english with a british accent
Jasmine Tigertail yh lol

I love staedtler.
fine, but how do they get the caramel inside the caramilk bar
staedtler... i want one now! lol
How/where can you fix disposable pens? Everything is mass produced, so repair services are hard to find
SO THATS HOW YOU PRONOUNCE IT
i have always wondered how you say this brand name
i like it when they made pencils
But how do they make pencils out of twigs? They're not glued together. Is the graphite/clay melted into a drilled hole?
Quite impressive! I was fascinated with the vintage and original method of producing the original pencil one by one, and by hand. NO! machines and assembly line fashion. Quality was of the utmost importance back in the days.

When I was in Belgium, I had to buy a separate eraser during my first week of school for school supplies. I was like, "what?" "Shouldn't there be one on the pencil itself?" Nope...
... here I am at 12:51 sitting in my underwear learning about how pencils are made.
Why did this make Staedtler sounds like a bond villain o.o

those penciles with color on the back tip are really stupid. i remember in 2 and 3rd grade when school have some of them lying around. I used them, forgot the tip is color instead of eraser, and it made a unerasable color mark on my homework.
How did these people lose the frickin war?
Through prayer.
What has that got to do with this?!?
German pencils have no erasers because Germans make no mistakes.
man
Goo
anyone from 2022 watching this?

haha, i lold, xD
Nobody uses wooden pencils for writing. You have to sharpen them every several words otherwise writing becomes too broad.
I remember at school people called then Stadelters. (Certainly not shhhhtaedlers!)
How the fuck did ii get here?
i always use PEN. i hate pencils...
