@18:37 Poetry would be Buckley catching one of Wonderboy's kicks, saying "Oh Sh-t" to himself, Wonderboy does the same spinning back kick Buckley did to Impa 😅
100% you shouldn't wash your hair before bed, especially if it's still wet (even a tiny bit). You also shouldn't shampoo/condition every day (every two or three, depending on your hair and how much natural oils you produce). GL!
Tecia pennington is heavily muscled the altitude will really affect her. I often go skiing with the fam and at 25 i was 160lb now im 190lb similar body fat at 31 , went skiing this year and i was so so more gassed than at 160lb i might fade all muscley fighters here 😂😂
1:11 in, uh, Mr. ArtemMMA, just a quick pro-tip: this user showers twice-a-day, after breakfast and, usually, about three hours after dinner, after returning from an hour-long walk around the neighborhood. At the very least, people should shower once-a-day, and in the morning, because they're not going anywhere in-bed and no one else is around (unless one is sleeping with someone). "Bed-hair" happens AFTER one falls asleep, and, if anything, showering closer to bed -- especially when not showering in the morning -- only messes up one's hair even more!
@Jonathan_AnCapistani this is definitely why. Despite popular belief I am showing daily but typically within a couple hours of going to sleep. Maybe this is my problem
@@artem_mma Yeah, this user figured this out a long time ago as a kid, who hated taking showers (to now being quasi-germophobic, without the mask b.s.), that wet hair is easier to form when pressured as compared to dry hair, when pressured, so, showering just before bed wouldn't be proper in that regard. If one is gonna take one in the morning anyways, why even bother taking one just before bed, unless some extenuating circumstances demanded, like it after a long, hard day and still needing to get up early for another. An anti-frizz and/or oil-compound, like an elixir, can go a long ways to keeping hair down and/or formable after a shower, for less accidental formation from "bed-hair" later on, as well!
CM, RS, CE/TP, AH/AH, CA, MR, ST/JB, KH, KH, JA/MB, RP/JP, AP. $160 in $5 slips should net one at least one winning ticket. Disclaimer: Already placed $40 (eight slips) down and had IL over MR, but will be pivoting to MR and will be splitting the semi-main-event with new tickets, as the first $40/eight-slips had RP over JP. Those early eight tix also split on JA/MB (but, for the record, this user has a free voucher ticket on MB to beat JA....that'll teach him for screwing this user out of thousands in Brazil over JMartinez), also split 50/50 on the TM/CM possible double-retirement fight on those. Split on CE/TP, will do the same again. Had JB over ST across the board on those as well, but will split next time. Thanks for the AV pick for next time! Not a lil' bit of nepotism in there, is there? =)
the big problem is aldo cant have any volume on elevation and he is at the same city now again bautista is so high volume but maybe he in return gasses from that and aldos defense nullifies his volume last fight aldo had good volume so who knows where he is at now
Now picking Buckley. Got some news that was enough for me to switch, considering I wasn't too confident in Wonderboy to start
I think Buckley will gas out, wonderboy will take it from there
@@artem_mma whats the news haha
@@Kdxxxxxx i think Buckley has shown a good gas tank and its only 3 rounds. I think he wins at least the first two

Proud of you for showering bro HAHA
Hey Artem regardless of when you shower they make these magic things called combs and brushes 😂
@jonathancrager9412 I've heard rumour of these
Mate, they don’t have those down in New Zealand yet. I hear they are coming next year.
