Cloves boiled in water , about 10 cloves, +litre of water , bring to boil then simmer for 10 mins. Leave to cool , remove mixture to a glass jar and use as mouthwash, I also make a toothpaste and add ground cloves , I always had thrush I tried everything but no joy , the fluid use as a mouthwash I also use as a antiseptic solution for cuts ect , and I use Vicks , vicks is amazing. Also: One of the key things often overlooked by chronic halitosis sufferers is to avoid overcleaning as that creates tears in the tongue tissue thus giving the bacteria room to live in. I've made that mistake and it just made things 10x worse. It will be difficult for few weeks, but reduce the number of times you brush/scrape and be very gentle (but thorough) whenever you actually do. I started getting bb when I got tonsil stones and it just kept getting worse and one day the smell went out of my nose that’s when I realized I had to get them removed asap. we're the same i thought it was from my tonsils then i schedule an operation of my tonsil after days and now years i dont feel that it was vanished after the operation i tried to be check by other doctors like gastroenterologist saying that i have GERD they give me medicines which is not helping my problem my bad breath still there now im isolating myself because it caused me depression and anxiety I'm wasting my life because of this problem im from the Philippines by the way i don't have money to go to America for the check up i don't know what should i do

It does work....you can brush your teeth and gums all day long but if you do not clean your tongue you will not have lasting fresh breath !
