I‘ve tested its accuracy along with an oximeter, and each time, they are identical(SpO2), as well as the heart rate, even better than the Apple Watch S7 my classmate has got. Amazfit is really Amazing!🤩

From what I know, Polar calculate calorie burn from the exercise plus calorie that you would burn anyway even if you were not exercising during that time (total calorie burned during the time of activity.) Most other trackers only show calorie from exercise alone, hence lower reading.
So for heart rate accuracy is this good buy?
