How to fix carburetor overflow problem in any motorcycle | Petrol overflow (pulsar 150)

- In this video you will learn how to fix carburetor overflow problem in any motorcycle. Overflow problem can cause low millage and you have to look for it by inspecting the drain pipe under the carburetor . If the petrol is leaking after sometimes then that means you have a overflow problem and for repairing it or to know the reason behind it you have to open the carburetor.
To open the carburetor you have to first OFF the petrol supply from the petcock and then drain the float chamber. Then remove all the cables and senors or pipes and loose the claps from the air filter side and best to open the other side from the head. Once everything is removed and the carburetor is free then push the it from one side and pull from other end and it will come out easily.
Before open the float chamber do clean the outer surface if its to dirty , then open it and access the float needle and float. inspect the float for puncher and float needle rubber tip for wear (replace if its completely wear of) , if have dirt deposit on it then clean it with a clean cloth and also check and clean the inlet hole with air or throttle cleaner.
Once everything is cleaned reinstall the carburetor then fit it to the motorcycle and check it by ON the petrol supply for the petcock.

Last week I went for the same sort of fix. Mechanic asked me to arrange needle and float. But problem wahin ki wahin change karne ke baad bhi.
Mechanic ne bola carborator hi change hoga. 😂🙏🏻
@@abigrwl needle change hoti hai agar uski rubber tip wear off ho jaye or ye kafi rare cases mai hota hai unless koi rubber tip ko clean karte time hi damage karde , float chamber bhi rarely puncher hote hai magar inki company fitted setting jarur kai bar kharab ho jati hai lekin vo bhi agar koi isse open ya install karte same appne apphi bend karde to , mostly overflow kachre ki bajha se hi hota hai jo ya to needle seat par laga hota hai ya needle rubber tip pe

spark plug, ignition coil , pickup coil , agar sab theek hai to phir CDI mai hi dikat ho sakti hai
Yamaha FZ 2014 model petrol overflow problem is there but float pin is not available in my city I asd many showrooms and dealers can't find the float pin can you suggest me d alternate solution....to get rid out of this problem ...
if you sure that the float pin rubber tip is wear off then you have to replace it , if you are not able to find the replacement then you can try the float pin of other models similar to your motorcycle or search for a scraped or faulty carburetor to get what you desire

if it starts leaking right after installation then fault in carb , if if start leaking after a day or two then there will we rust in your petrol tank , check and clean it then clean the carb

sabse pehl to overflow ke point ke pass ek drain screw hota hi use open karke check kare ki petrol nikal raha hai ya nahi , agar nahi nikle to drain pipe ko clean kare or agaar nikal raha hai to phir aapko carburetor pe petrol inlet se opposite side ek breather pipe dikhegi use clean karna hoga ye problem carburetor mai vacuum create hone ki bajha se hoti hai , jab carburetor mai proper atmospheric pressure na mile to petrol jada ana shuru ho jada hai or vo overflow hoke air filter bali side chala jhata hai
