    This challenge is really FUN. My favorite is definitely the unlimited time. Love seeing your thought process when designing a website. Thank you for sharing Caler! 😊

    i think a lemon color for the cta buttons would have made it stand out better but great work. i definitely learnt something I've been trying to learn for a while now in less than 10 mins. great job caler

    Why do you choose to design so close to the edge ? I’m curious to know why you chose to design so close to the margin is it better to leave more space on the margin ?

    love this video idea! can you share how you setup your grids in figma?

    • @CalerEdwards
      @CalerEdwards  7 месяцев назад +1

      Still testing that grid but once Im happy with it I’ll probably make a video on it 😀. For now the base of it is 12 col grid with a 4 col vertical grid.

      I’d say about 3 or 4 hours

    I love the style of the design and how clean it is, but I have a question about the responsivness of it. When designing the hero section with the large text, image and arrow button, did you have a responsive layout in mind? How would you describe the behaviour of those elements on a smaller screen because it's almost impossible to implement this kind of design and have it align perfectly on many different screen sizes. Would the text break differently or shrink in size? What about the image? Just a curious designer 😁

      Thanks! For the responsiveness I would have the text & button scale with the browser width on desktop then break it to a vertical stack with the button bellow the heading and paragraph when on tablet or mobile. Maybe even adding some text to the button instead of just having an arrow which may not be great for UX on tablet and mobile.
      Thats probably how I would approach the responsiveness for this design, hope that helps or answered your questions :D

    I mean... either way design looks awesome, but I would love to see a video where you are tackling unknown brief in 10/30 min and see the results.
    P.S. if u are a beginner watching this video, don't get discouraged he had most things already thought out.
