Great vid, does the Pro still retain it's STRIX technology?
What's the stream breakup height?
I've tried the Stagg EKG and the stream breaks up into droplets as soon as you lift the kettle above the coffee bed by more than a few cm. The Brewista Artisan is better among electric kettles but still not up to Tsubame or the Takahiro's standards. The Hario Electric is also decent as far as breakup length is concerned, but it wants to pour fast. Do you have an opinion about how high you can pour with the Fish Pro compared to other kettles? I've been looking for a kettle that can easily pour around 5g/s with the kettle quite high above the coffee bed without the stream breaking.
I'd love to see a comparison of "stream stability" among kettles, like Hoffmann did once (but I suspect his comparison is flawed and that he did it with room temperature water instead of coffee brewing temperature water).

A little unknown for the Australian market as still going thought electrical certification process.
Most likely Q2 in 2024... Hopefully earlier tho!
