Man I bet those have some stories to tell! I’ve always like those camp knives and you guys have got me jonesing to get out in those antique stores and find me one!
Those are great pieces! I’m a fan of the old camp patterns too. A few weeks back I found a Camillus with bone covers from the 1960s, in real good shape. That’s the one I’ve been carrying lately. BTW, the blades that you weren’t sure about were the can openers👍Cheers, buddy!
What an awesome entry for Tiner Tuesday!! Love those Camp Knives!!! Gorgeous vintage knives! That barlow is reallll sweet too. I dig em all! Thanks for sharing brother.
Thank you for the mention Randy the camp knives are cool finds and yes wish they could tell us their story. I actually got that Barlow at an antique store too it beauty was hid good under a coat of gunk but I seen through all that cleaned up real nice. So glad you liking it brother I thought you’d probably hand me some leather and you did but I was going to give you that anyway as a man to man gift👍👊💯
Beautiful old bone I got the exact knife I just haven't got to cleaning it up yet. I also got mine off of eBay. Really liking the camp knifes lately. Hope your day is well and blessed brother
Nice looking knives. Both of those blades are can openers. They lift the lid instead of pushing down, so both will cut you (if not real careful). I have a few of both types. Tobias did a video on the can openers and why they developed the safety opener. Take care brother 🙏
Thats a old school can opener the brother. Those are super awesome knives. I could be wrong, but I believe the one that's got the USA badge is a military issue.
Great showing! Love the vintage stuff and that Barlow is awesome.
These are great Randy. I love finding old camp knives. That Barlow is awesome!!
Those look great. Thanks for sharing them with us. I believe that one blade is the old style can opener. Have a great day and God Bless.
Love a good camp/scout knife. Very handy to have. Great looking examples. You take care down there too.
Love the Camp knives, with tiners too, always a plus +!! 🫡👍👊🙏💯🔪🔥

I was thinking that those blades were for can openers.
The blade on the camp knife you are asking about is a can opener
Old Style Can Opener, WWII ?
