How does this work with 4 players? Do all players still pick up 3? Won’t cats keep getting exhausted quickly with more players? Does the playing area get bigger?
Hi Callipygian Moose, With 2, 3, and 4 players everything remains the same, including the scenarios, quantity of cards, and the island setup. Each player count plays slightly differently as with more players you'll have more cards to choose from, allowing you to make more optimal moves (assuming you can communicate). With less players you'll have fewer cards, but the cats refresh more frequently which allows you to discard fewer cards for movement. Overall, the pros and cons of each player count balance each other out very well as you either play more cards to the board, or discard more cards for movement.
