    I used to give my daughter cold, raw veggies in a mesh bag when she was teething and she developed a love for vegetables. I'm so glad! Everyone acts so astonished by how she eats her veggies, but I know we're not just lucky. It was very intentional. ❤️

    Thank you for the insight. I have rheumatoid arthritis and put this down to having a Leaky Gut. I have learnt through trial and error, what foods are OK and what foods are bad. I have ditched all dairy, all gluten and lactose products, 99% of processed, and I am 95% vegan. Pig products I am OK with. Drinking habits have also changed, cider instead of lager or beer, though I seldom drink and probably one or two cans a month. I refuse all medication, though I keep paracetomol and piriteze in the house.

    Excellent informative video that even a lay person can understand, my son has Crohn’s disease and I’ve shared it with him, also my daughter who is about to give birth. They are poisoning us with their pharmaceuticals in my opinion.

      No. God is good. Jesus said, “… there is none good but one, that is God.” (Mark 10:18)❤. God is Good.❤ However, although we humans talk like that, I understand what you means. She is just blessed with a wealth knowledge. As the student who have learned much, has a good understanding of the human body and has been experienced in treating many who have had various illnesses, she is teaching what she has learned to others, yes even us lay persons.
      Praise God for the knowledge He has been providing through Sis. Barbara. Not even Medical Doctors know as much. Barbara O’Neill has been blessing to many as she shares the Health information and how to apply it practically. And can you believe it? It’s All FREE. ❤

    How can you correct your gut & intestinal bacteria if you were bottle fed & not breast fed? I've tried taking lactobacillius & other probiotics & I get terribl gas. I fight gas on a regular basis, yet I incorporate all advice for good digestion. I've fasted, eat lemon, ginger, aloe vera, slippery elm, enzymes, etc. I was on antibiotics several times as a child

    How do we make an appointment with Barbara ONeil ?
    My son is 14 years and who was diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2021 and I chose naturopath treatment
    It worked for a year but all of a sudden he had such a bad flare up that he needed to be hospitalised and the doc said his small intestine had inflammatory strictures

    This maybe a silly question. Is chicken and seafood considered in the meat category? I'm assuming so because there is no fiber. Thank you for all that you are doing...

    I am from Kenya in Africa, I have iron deficiency.... Am vegan.. Kindly advise on what to eat..

    • @BadgerBabyBoy
      @BadgerBabyBoy 3 года назад +3

      Google said “Good plant sources of iron include lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, cashew nuts, chia seeds, ground linseed, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, kale, dried apricots and figs, raisins, quinoa”
      And don’t forget to have vitamin c rich foods to help your body absorb the iron better
      Example if vitamin c rich foods are red capsicum, tomatoes & many fruits (not sure which local fruits you have)

    • @BadgerBabyBoy

      Many greens have both iron & vitamin c

    Nope. There I do not agree. The best protein is NOT plant protein. I have a friend who turned from vegetarian proteins to meat because she simply did not get sufficient protein in her body. Dr Mark Hyman whom I respect also said Vegetarians are always short of Vitamin B12 that one gets from pasture fed beef and organ meat. By the way, I am a keen follower of Barbara O'Neil and enjoy to learn from her.

      Well the only reason the meet we eat has b12 in it is because they eat plants
