A friend of mine told me about the interview, I explained to him that I wasn't much for ZRo interviews because I've felt in the past he was a little standoffish and this would be the same. He assured me that this interview was nothing like that and that I should check it out. Wow! I'm glad I did, great interview, great content, asked all the right questions and touched on small details that don't regularly get talked about. Outstanding interview.

Great shit Donnie and Ro! To see and hear the growth of Ro is a blessing. Because he is right a lot of our great Houston rappers and cultural artist have left us either by dirt or that steel cage. And just to hear the timeline and mental space of all that was happening when it was happening just brings peace, awareness and acknowledgement to a King who is one of the Greats of not just the city of Houston, but also the culture of rap in Houston. What DJ Screw did for hip hop is absolutely ginormous. Just think of all the rappers that we wouldn't even know about out of H-Town if it wasn't for him. Interned, just think of how different the hip-hop landscape would be as a whole had it not been for Houston hip-hop. This was truly an in-depth and thorough interview. Z-ro's insight and portrayal is spot-on. Masterful interview indeed.

I love z-ro...I was in Akron, Ohio trying to buy a c-bo album around 2003/04. They gave me a z-ro instead of c-bo and I been hooked ever since. To makes it cool to be by yo self and do what you gotta do! Much love Ro u helped me through a lot over the yrs on some hum bug shit!
