  • 12 Yoga poses to feel extremely good! A simple and refreshing relaxation.
    To get the most out of your time, try to relax and observe your breath throughout the practice.
    1. Standing wide legged forward fold
    Keep your legs as wide or as narrow as you wish. Bend the knees if that feels better. An amazing energy booster and digestion support.
    2. Lunge left leg
    Keep the knee over your heal in a 90 degree angle. One of the best yoga poses to open up tight legs. Relax the shoulders and observe how it feels.
    3. Downward facing dog
    Push the floor away and lift your hips up high. Let the heals sink towards the floor and take a break whenever needed. A great preparation for handstand and other inverted poses.
    4. Lunge Right Leg
    Leaning back is completely optional, try to keep your neck and back as long as possible.
    5. Half split right leg
    The perfect preparation for full splits. Pay attention to the hips that they are in one line as if you were standing straight. For an extra stretch; flex the front foot.
    6. Pyramid pose Right leg

    Same as right, this is also a good preparation for full splits.

    Opens up the chest area and encourages correct breathing as well as an improved posture. Cobra pose is also very supportive of good digestive health.
    10. Feet up
    The ultimate relaxation pose that helps improve blood circulation throughout the body. Focus on your breathing.
    11. Happy Baby
    Happy baby pose is incredible in order to open up thight hips. It also helps bring a greater sense of relaxation.
    12. Shavasana
    Give yourself permission to be completely still and relax completely. Shavasana will help the body to absorb further all of the benefits from the other 11 yoga poses that you just did!!
