@@bluesmoke006 simple answer yes. But that would have taken too much of a toll on me showing up in other areas of my life. Upon reflecting more on this, what I think I was after was what’s the right mileage that challenges me mentally/physically without exhausting me, but also helps me find that upper limit of my current self. And after doing it I believe 5 miles was the right choice. The beauty of this however is that if I keep going, which I plan to, I’ll be able to increase that upper limit to 6/7/8 miles in the future.
