    There are many good ideas in here and it is worthwhile to come back once in a while and pull out something else to set as a training strategy.

    Thank you soooo much!! I've been struggling to come up with the best way to learn scales for improv. So I incorporated this creative practicing technique with scales...YASSSS BEST WAY TO PRACTICE FOR IMPROV

    That looks like a Martin Committee, and I love the sound of that instrument. I use a kitchen timer to help focus on particular areas and also to regulate breaks during longer sessions. During my break time I like to practice solfege with vocalises and thus improve my ear/pitch recognition. This is a very helpful video, thanks!
