Do we need to book tickets to sapa well in advance , can’t we get the tickets at airport. How long does it take in Immigration for you guys in Hanoi airport .
What time is your arrival and what time you boarded the bus to Sapa. Can you share these details
You will have to book tickets in advance . It cannot be bought at the airport. It took us not more than 5 mins at immigration. We landed at 5 AM and there was no other aircraft that landed at that time, so immigration was pretty smooth; but if your landing time is during the day, you may face rush at the immigration counters. While it took us just 5 mins at immigration; it took us roughly 30 mins to collect our luggage. We landed at 5AM and we had booked bus tickets for 8 AM

Hi, what time did u land and what time bus did u catch?
Hi. We landed at 5 AM. We took the first bus that picked us up from Airport around 7.50 AM. First bus to Sapa starts at 7 AM from Hanoi Old Quarter. Same bus picks up / drops at Hanoi International / Domestic Airport. Hanoi old Quarter to Airport is roughly 45 mins to 1 hour journey

Hi, sorry, I don’t recollect now, but I would have mentioned the cost in the video and have also put in the link of the travel agency that I had booked through. You can contact them for latest rates. For my kid, it was free as he did not need a separate seat. Also, there are various categories of buses and rate depends on the category you choose.
