Keir was one tool his dad should never have made.
For the sake of one rubber, it could all have been avoided.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😝
🤣🤣🤣
I think Jack Dee said it best when he said , well he made THAT tool.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It's nothing to do with the "disrespect of working people". My Dad was a building labourer. He never felt embarrassed about that and I never felt anyone looked down on him for that. However, he hardly ever referred to it unless directly asked and I hardly ever mentioned it. Why would you? People aren't laughing at Starmer's Father for being a 'toolmaker', they are laughing Starmer for being a 'tool'.
"We didn't have a lot of money......" - a nurse and a toolmaker? You were fine
Keir starmer was the worst tool his dad ever made
For Sir Keir that's his idea of poverty 😂
In the 1970s, to have two incomes was unusual. Most families (less single parent families) were one salary but not paying for childcare.
I bet Keir had Sky TV growing up
My Dad also worked in factories all his life. He was a Labour voter all his life but would not support Labour under Starmer because they are not Labour at all. Starmer has no insight whatsoever.
His father owned his business. This tool lies about everything
He worked for years in a factory. Then took his skills into a small workshop with one or two workers. Not a big business
"my dad was a toolmaker" has similar energy as saying "one of my best friends is black" when you're accused of being racist.
I don't care about his personal life, what I see is someone giving an excuse when he is called out for u turning on his pledges.
"I can't be anti worker because my parents were working class"
You don’t seem to realise pledges are only something for the public to vote on.
They aren’t policies
Labour wouldn’t win offering the pledges on the manifesto, there’s no chance of high spend policies in a cost of living crisis
Jeremy Corbyn was anti worker….he put the Conservative Party back in power twice
Lol that is funny! (and scary!)
Playing the victim is a common card for the modern politician. It's the go to move to escape scrutiny: elicit pity.
Daddy owned the bloody factory.
It's a common card for the dangerous psychopath.
Common card for the sick ethnostate he is owned by
He disrespects working people by having terrible policies that exacerbate poverty, drive public services into the ground and suppress growth and living standards through austerity
But at least he isn't a far left economy destroying socialist. They cause fantastic amounts of suffering to the working class.
What! Are you talking about the last 14 years of conservatives?
@ivydickson7596 I'm talking about both the Tories and Starmer's Labour, both have broadly the same fiscal policy, with Labour only increasing spending on public services by less than £5bn, keeping the most egregious of austerity policies like the two child limit and bedroom tax and priorising military spending
@@ivydickson7596why are you distracting and talking about the Tory party? I said socialism historically every single time it has ever been inflicted on a nation has destroyed the economy of the nation and often entire countries have needed to be rescue by capitalist countries. Did you know this proven historical fact is mindless leftist psychosis.
@@Antipaxos_Nadja123 We are already at the highest unsustainable rate of national income being spent by government. And mindless psychotics socialists want more and more and more spending.
When I worked in a factory one of the best payed jobs and respected was the toolmakers. Starmer has sacked members of his shadow cabinet for supporting workers.
They weren't laughing at his dad being a tool maker they was laughing because he says the same lines all the time
& because he’s so very obviously a tool!🤣🤣
@@JulieLevinge This is why I will always laugh at him saying this 😂🤣
Repeated lines are just lazy politics but for a grown man - so hated by the public - to sit there and seriously tell people that his dad was a tool maker, knowing full well that most people see him as a tool is insane behaviour
He's so out of touch he doesn't realise why they were laughing. Perhaps you'd think his aides would have a word in his ear.
@@plummetplum His aides are probably as out of touch as he is. They probably advise him to use the toolmaker line all the time.
And him being a tool is pretty funny.
Why is Starmer trying so hard to make me not want to vote for Labour? lol
dont vote labour
Good god , there's hundreds of reasons not to vote liebour, I haven't got time to go through them all.
It's actually incredible how Labour did not choose a better leader 🤦🏻♂️
Green is the way
he betrayed labour voters and cost corbyn the election by fomenting the anti s scandel
What a tool
proves he didnt lie about his dad...
Exactly!!!! The guy is numb 🥴🤪😝
his dad made a right tool
@@kwanchan6745 he just don't get it does he 🤣🥴
haha good one
Of course he knows why people were laughing, and he’s embarrassed that someone recognised that it’s just a ploy to make people think of him as an ordinary lad brought up by working class parents, so he digs a deeper hole and try’s to make out they were laughing at his dad. What a sham.
Sham the correct word
Surely he realises they were laughing at him and not his Dad. If he doesn’t then he’s the tool.
For Starmer to be so quickly angry then lash out at a voter and even direct a thin veil of threat to that member of public raises serious questions of his suitability to take such a high pressure role.
He will be a disaster, I will be voting snp.
Exactly. It's scary. He comes across as a dangerous psychopath in this clip.
Oh how wonderfully this comment has aged. He's a tyrant, through and through.
If journalists know he's lying, they should be calling him out on it. That's their job. Otherwise they aren't journalists, they're PR reps.
He is angry about disrespect of his father but not angry about the 40,000 plus Palestinians (half of whom are children) that have been murdered by Israel. What a truly revolting creep.
Zzzzzz
Perhaps he doesn’t agree with your nonsense.

You are right a War Criminal with a Knighthood!
Good point. This proves our establishment is rotten to the core. If we had any of the principles we claimed he would be held to account. Being knighted is a slap in the face of justice.
@@darkknight17 100% correct and an insult to veterans that were sent into Iraq on a lie. Blair made hundreds of millions of pounds out of his lies. He along with others should be locked up as war criminals not rewarded.

What a load of bollocks. Worked in a Factory for 46 Years as a Toolmaker. No Body Ever Laughed at Me because of my Trade. If they did I would just have told them to F, OFF.

My Grandad and Nan worked in factories their whole lives with one lung each after having TB as young people. Very proud to tell that story. People are not laughing at your dad…. They are laughing at you!!!! Dingus!
I loathe that man and this Labour Party.
How can you hate Lego man, the face from your childhood?
Keir is most definitely a tool 🤷♂️
In more ways than one.
Sadly, one of his uses is by the establishment.
Yeah the joke went over his head
@canmandan6 Totally the guy is so numb 🤡🤡🤡
Is he so out of touch?
@@NimLeeGuy god help us if this is all we can muster to lead the country to it's doom 🥴
I don't give a shit what his father did, he's not standing for election. Why is this a talking point? Why is Starmer talking about it? Why are his advisers telling him to talk about it? What the fuck is going on in British politics?
He just wants everyone to know that it's his father's fault that he's a tool.
Which is still irrelevant in an election.
Starmer isdriven by focus groups from the lost red wall constituencies. One of the things those dimwits say non-stop is how 'Sir' Keir is not a man of the people, like that lovely Mr Farage. So, his stupid advisers tell him: "Stress your humble background repeatedly."
It's as simple as that.
Devil’s advocate - do you care about Rishi’s upbringing? Many would say he’s so out of touch with reality that he shouldn’t lead.
The problem is with the media.
He wants everyone to think he's a salt of the Earth type - a man of the people. He's a disgrace.
I worked in a steel works and I've worked down a coal mine. I think it's disrespectful politicions disrespecting voters .
This is what Starmer does. He knows people aren't really laughing at the fact that his dad was a tool maker. He just pretends to get the wrong end of the stick, so that he can then use that stick to derail whatever's being said and replace it with his own chosen narrative.
You hit the nail on the head there. ..!
Deliberately obtuse correct.
@TheTwosliceToaster: Christ, I hope he’s not really that twisted.
that has been the modus operandi of the blairites within the labour party for the last 9 years!
My dad worked in a factory all his life, he never felt dissed whatsoever, Stammer is lying here.
Doesn’t he have advisers round him? Do they all genuinely think that this is why they laughed?
No, he knows it is not. This is how you change the narrative
He's got AIPAC on speed dial, that's all the advisers he'd ever need

Doesn’t anyone in Labour say to Starmer not to say that and hadn’t anyone explained why the people were laughing.
Swarmy uses his dead father as a human shield for his cynical spin
How out of touch is the guy? Where I (and countless others) grew up, if somebody said they worked in a factory, nobody would bat a wink.

If Starmer doesn't even get that, How is he going to understand the Public in general.
He’s lied so much already that I seriously doubt that story about his father being ‘disrespected’. At this point I have no reason to believe anything he says. People should burst out laughing any time he says anything like “believe me” or “honestly”.
Keir Ztarmer has never lied, if you think he had please provide an example

"Ordinary working folk like my dad aren't shown enough respect" - so I'm going to insist on being referred to as Sir.
Perhaps instead of laughing at Sir Kid Starver of Tel Aviv whenever he says his dad worked in a factory and was a toolmaker the audience should all shout "BORING" in response.😉
They weren't laughing at your dad
What then.
Wow that affects him but thousands of children being blown to bits in Gaza has no impact on him.
The ones that laughed had the balls to acknowledge that Starmer was the tool his dad make.
They were right.
What a weirdo
He always forgets it was his dad's factory.
Every 'profound' statement he makes sounds like a Lawyer making his case at the end of a long court case. The man is a nit-wit.
As a working class person my social circle was filled other working class people that didn't look down on each others jobs. This sounds like nonsense.
Starmer is a liar
Didn't his father own the fucking company?
Toolmakers have far more skill and integrity than any politicians I know of . What’s sickening to me is that he says it as if a skilled craftsman is just about at the bottom of the social order and look how clever and superior he is compared to his father. Disregarding ,of course, that being a barrister,he identifies with surely the most morally bankrupt profession,ie the Law . What this man is rhymes with the word hunt.
It's manual work what his father did so he is making the point of his father being working class to identify with working people.
I don't agree with your point.
Cry me a effing river,Starver.
Starver is as phony and fake as you can get. He says one thing and back tracks he even said it.
For two people to hold down jobs in the 70's and 80's during the Thatcher years would not have put family Starmer on the poverty line.

Starmer knows no one was laughing at his Dad, just him spouting on about it all day
Most people don't understand what a "tool" is in manufacturing. It's not a screwdriver. When it comes to the chassis/body of a car, for example, It's the most important, complex and expensive part of the manufacturing process. A tool used to stamp a single part of a car's chassis/body from steel/aluminium blanks can cost half a million dollars and many months to design and manufacture. It can't be replaced quickly and it can't be reused for different parts.
😂😂😂😂 the manufacturing definition of a tool is not us funny as the colloquial use of the word.
But thanks for the education
Starmer’s father, in reality, operated the Oxted Tool Co. His own independent toolmaking enterprise until the 1990s.
Learned a trade and created a business whilst always remaining hands on and staying on the site, like so many working class lads go on to do. It should be celebrated & he's got every right to be proud of it.
@SamOliverYT This. I mean, don't get me wrong; There's certainly a bit of a revisionist PR campaign going on but that said most of the negative shit seems to be from accounts with the same format & organisations that have...suspicious funding
@@Sam.o.29 he should have concentrated more on raising a son with integrity and humanity

Sole director Oxted Tool Co.
He has zero self-awareness
There's other reasons why Starmer should see a therapist.
They are laughing at you claiming that your dad was a simple 'tool maker" when he owned the factory.
It's disrespectful to both craft people and small business people.
That is a blatant lie.
His Dad worked in a factory, then later on he became self employed as a toolmaker
The Oxted Tool Company was just him, it was registered to his home address
Where did you get that from?
@@RobinHarris-nf4yvso why not tell the truth, he never expands on that his dad was self employed which doesn’t sound as good as worker. It’s weasel words
People laughed because he is being disingenuous, not because his father was a toolmaker. Keir Starmer - Offended by everything. Ashamed of Nothing!
I think his dad would be turning in his grave if he could see what his son has done to the labour party
I don't think his dad will be turning in his grave because people laugh at what his son says, he will be turning in his grave because of what his son is saying and doing to his country.
Unfathomable that he could've thought they were laughing at his dad for working in a factory lol. He's acting like a Tory.
The wise words of Harry Truman: He can lie out of both sides of his mouth at the same time, and if he ever caught himself telling the truth, he'd lie just to keep his hand in.
Kid Starver’s dad was a toolmaker for sure… proof his son is a tool all right.

People were not laughing at his dad; they were laughing at him.
He has as much awareness as Sunak. They're both sons of toolmakers. I think the interviewer just let Starmer keep the joke going.
Don’t you understand? They were laughing because they think Kier Starmer is a bit of a tool. It’s funny when he keeps saying that his father was a toolmaker, that is he made him, a tool.
His dad was a toolmaker which is the highest trade in engineering, which meanes a very fat pay packet. Stammer is a chameleon.
I have no empathy for starmer, he has no empathy for anyone
Blessed are the toolmakers
He just doesn't get it. It's not his dad they are laughing at. It is not that we are even laughing at Starmer continuously repeating it. It is because Starmer is a total 'tool' and we can all agree that his dad made him.

He is disrespecting his Dad by using him in this manner. He is clearly pretending to be angry.
Vote Andrew Feinstein for Holborn and St Pancras get rid of Starmer
100% people need to vote Starmer out in that constituency, be doing the country a huge favour. They will be voting him out at the next election anyway. Watch him run and find another seat when that is on the cards. Zero commitment to the constituents just using them to get into no.10
Starmer was making a pathetic attempt to emphasize his working class credentials...
I'd rather see his dad in number 10 than his biggest tool of a son.😂
Is nobody talkingf about the fact that Starmer is giving GB News a platform? Our future PM is legitimising GB News... For shame. I knew the man was repugnant, but jeez.
