It’s coming directly to SABInvest account (not the bank account) which I then use for next month purchase myself. No taxes - as I showed - the tadawul website numbers and the amount credited matches to the dot
both are 2 different assets in a way; REITs give you a chance to invest in the real estate markets which is also appreciating big time; If you are just looking for dividends then i agree - go for the company thats giving you highest dividend
Thank you for informative video. So please correct me if I am wrong, we can hold desired number of shares/units of REIT and will keep getting dividend amount on quaterly basis and If the share/unit price goes up, we can sell it to make profit from it as well ???

probably when we create account - did they ask for the language? you can also call their customer care - was quite helpful when i called; number is on their website

i dont recomend reits buy stocks like aramco and you will get 6% DIVIDEND PER YEAR
