I don't think you've ever been to Century City. You would change your mind if you have. There's a mall next door which is extremely successful with a unique design. It's something like 95% leased, which doesn't happen these days with all the dead malls all over the U.S. A subway station is also being constructed there, which should be opening within the next couple years.
