Calculating IRR can b most convenient nd generally accurate choice when you just the cash inflows or Outflows from the project.IRR is a special rate at which present value of all cash outflows equal present value of all cash inflows.IRR is not easy to calculate manually and it is recommended to use financial calculators or spreadsheets to calculate this.Useful lecture as a management professional in my opinion.Thanx for excellent lecture.👍
You have caluclate if the next PV factors is not displayed For example: PV@10% (10÷100=0.1) We can caluclate as :- 1+0.1 and press ÷ button for 2 times you get 1.1 and left side upper display show "K" and then you press = symbol for 2 times you will get the answer 0.909 for next year PV factor press = you will get 0.826 and press = for how much years you want know the PV Factor.

Try doing 1/1.1 u will get the answer
1/1+r/100 is the formula try using this
Happy teacher's day ma'am.
No words to explain how important you are in students Life 🤍🤍
Thank you!

9:09 - it should be 1/1+r means 1/1+11/100 right? But you have written 1/1+1/11 kindly clarify mam..
1/(1+r) [formula]
Therefore, putting the value @11%.
= 1/(1+11/100)
=1/(1+0.11)
= 1/1.11
= 0.9009
I hope you got the answer.
@@uttarayansaha201/1.1 is 0.9090 but how did u get 0.9009 please explain

Mam 1/1.1 calculate chesaka i received only one value next values are not coming
You have caluclate if the next PV factors is not displayed
For example: PV@10% (10÷100=0.1)
We can caluclate as :-
1+0.1 and press ÷ button for 2 times you get 1.1 and left side upper display show "K" and then you press = symbol for 2 times you will get the answer 0.909
for next year PV factor press = you will get 0.826 and press = for how much years you want know the PV Factor.
I used 10% and 16% to check and the answer comes as 14.97% and yours is 14.90%. Is the above difference acceptable?
Yes cuz of you round it off it's 15% anyways
