    Whatever you do to get money, always have a plan of what to expect but prepare for risks, understanding this one information saved me from losses I wasn’t prepared for, opening a portfolio with £ 19k gives at least £ 3k in profits monthly from the market.

    What's most important here is developing discipline and consistency, also stop looking for get rich quick schemes it will ruin you like it did to me earlier this year and I lost about £ 15k but I've been able to recoup losses and up £ 3k in profits for the month because I invest differently now

    Sir, well understood with thanks. I have a question though. Assuming in the question, in year 2 an outflow is made say 2000(FV obviously). Must we just ignore it and we must include it in our workings, if yes, how?
    Let me guess(,considering Project X) we have to deduct the outflow of 2000 from expected inflow(20000). Then we apply the discounting rate 0.826 on the result which is 18000. Am i right? 🤔

    Discount factor is not always given. Should have computed that on your calculator. That’s literally why I came 😔

      Then 1÷1+0.12 but calculate 1÷1.12 then only you'll get correct answer 😉 how was the explanation?

    1/ Can I create capital Budgeting include only 100% working capital, no fixed assets with project life is 5 years?.
    2/ When I create and review the capital Budgeting (example: build new factor or open new 100 shops), I can examine the cost of BOD (Board of directors) is a relevant cost of this project?.
