Thanks for the constructive criticism. I agree. I'm slowly working on a new look and doing an overhaul at some point. Too much continuous content to work on when you are the only editor for everything (interviews and editing full episodes). Non stop, year long, always on a deadline, 70 episodes a year. Michelle B joe definitely is a character you love but just don’t wanna admit it though😂😂 yes beck is dead, if you read the second book hidden bodies which I’m pretty certain they are making a second season based off the second book, there is no beck she’s only mentioned in flash backs.

I hated beck. Their romance wouldn’t have lasted. Once a cheater always a cheater. He’s a psychopath but he’s also way too smart for her.

Thanks for the comments, including the couple of negative ones. Not making excuses, but It's not easy doing satellite interview promotions (for instance, you can only hear them and, in this case, you can't see them). You have a very short period of time to cover the pitch and attempt to bring more to the interview. We have a lot of questions planned, but you have to decide what to use and cut since time is always running out. Some interviews go great, and sometimes it goes flat. In an interview Elizabeth Lail (actress for Beck) said that she didn’t quite know what she was auditioning for and had to read the book to actually find out more about the character Beck. That’s when she realised Beck was going to die... Elizabeth said that she was sad about Beck’s death but that it was “the right thing to happen” in that situation... I loved Beck so freakin’ much I really hope she returns to season 2 but unfortunately don’t think she is... I know the conspiracy theories are very much logical but Elizabeth her self said it in an interview so there’s nothing we can do then just accept that she died...
just cuz she said she knew she died doesn't mean it happened already.

Just finished YOU on Netflix. I don’t have regular cable just Hulu live, so I didn’t even know about this show. Very interesting and a different take on the troubled mind. I love that everyone seemed very flawed in character compared to Joe. Yes he was a killer. But in a “Dexter, ridding humanity of all that is wrong in the world” kind of way.Except I don’t think he killed because he’s had urges. He killed anyone who got in the way of his ultimate goal which was getting And keeping the girl.
It's si interesting that you say that because You is like the inverse of Dexter. Dexter knows he's a horrible person and resents his circumstance, but continues on under a fucked of goal to preserve common good. Joe throws in every justification to avoid being seen as a creepy, pervy murderer top get in and stay in some girl's pants.
Rose K I m a huge dexter fan. I agree with ur point for most of the seasons. But when Debra finds out SHE holds him accountable and the he DOES justify his actions to try and appease her. so he can continue doing what he does

I don't know why people complain so much. The host did just fine and the questions were good. The actors were not very enthusiastic, but it's not host's fault. Maybe they had been granting interviews for a very long time and feel tired.

What a painfully awkward interview; I’m not sure if it was the interviewer’s bizarre probing about randomness, the awkward pauses between questions, or the strangeness between Lail and Badgley.
Sorry you didn’t enjoy the interview. If I remember correctly, the host had a hard time hearing them. There was a delay. We try to talk about their career as part of the interview beyond the pitch (You). Sometimes it doesn’t work as well as with 2 guests and a short amount time. @@roonil3931 I saw him in another interview and he seemed just miserable! I was like omg what is wrong with this guy and I'm a huge fan after this show. But yeah I agree he did seem a bit more lively here.
Clearly they are there to promote YOU. And yet the interviewer just wants to waste lots of time talking about "How did you get into acting?" You can see Penn's barely concealed frustration. the interviewer didn't have interesting questions to ask about the drama in question because she probably hadn't watched any of it. Just: "I've seen the trailer." This is how badly prepared "journalists" are these days.

This was a Lifetime show, at least the 1st season. According to reports, Lifetime decided to move away from episodic TV and concentrate on their successful cable movies.
