Most cops are the "jack of all trades", good at a lot of things, but master of none on NoPixel. Summit is the opposite, he excels at driving, but obviously lacks in all other areas. Which is completely expected as a cadet.

After seeing that chase I'm not sure I'd be cut out for the server. I would rage so hard at the amount of lag. I'm sure it affects everyone as well... kinda lowers the driving skill ceiling. You can't do anything that puts you near other cars as the server will mistake it as contact.
