This is truly inspiring. Your quick thinking and selfless bravery saved a life today. It’s a reminder of the kindness and heroism that still exists in the world. Thank you for setting such a powerful example of what it means to be compassionate and courageous.
As a long time rescue volunteer the prayer we rescuers have daily is that people would take better care and watch over their pets. They often choose distractions like apps and phones instead .THINK, CARE BE VIGILANT PLEASE .If you choose to get inebriated or smoked up FINE but please secure your beloved pets FIRST AND FOREMOST! Make it a rule. TY
Don't falsify Bible. That has nothing to do with animals being helped. Bible isn't about animals. Helping animals isn't having mercy on them. It's just helping them. Animals can't be had mercy on at all. There's nothing Godly in them, for goodness' sake.
I live in VT. Going into a freezing river is dangerous. It gets down to -20 here sometimes. I'm sure you're very brave though, with your anonymous profile and all.
Better than being an all talk flog doing nothing but running their mouth on RUclips I suppose. Or did you have a video of you doing a more brave rescue you can add? I actually feel sorry for you. Are you that miserable that's all you can take from this
@@BanjoBitty I live in Northern Minnesota don't talk to me about freezing rivers. Ours don't even flow through most of winter. Reading your profile though, my comment should be the least of your psychotic worries. HAHA
Tragically, both man and dog succumbed to the relentless grip of severe hypothermia just a day after these haunting images were taken. Rest in eternal peace, Christopher Alan MacRitchie (March 7, 1990 - January 18, 2025) and Arizona Cerasoli (September 20, 2022 - January 18, 2025). Bound by courage in life, they now walk together on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. Heroes forever, their spirits endure, untouched by time, forever young.
Chris! You are a Hero! Excellent example for your son to witness 💯⭐🎉 😇.
Chris - you are an angel for saving the sweet dog, and you are a HERO to us all. THANK YOU.

A wonderful human being. Thank you for this amazing deed.
What a perfect description of a hero... "that this is what we're on this world to be"...❤😊🙏
HE HAD GREAT PARENTS WHO TAUGHT HIM HOW AND WHEN TO STEP UP STEP IN❤
Thank you and your son for saving such a precious soul 🐕🙏🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾 May the Lord bless you & your family always 🇺🇸
FYI the woman encouraging him in the video was his wife, not the dog's owner. His son filmed it. They contacted the dog's owner later.
Thank you so much!!
Well done!!!!!!
