    My resting heartrate after taking Nattlkinase is 48-55 range. Per my apple 8
    it reads 52 as I write this. Last blood pressure 113/64. I'm 73 years old.
    I convinced a lady friend to try it, her high blood pressure/RHR went down also.

    Stay Strong 💪 Multiple studies show HIGH dosage about 6,000 to 10,000 FU units of Nattokinase along with vitamin K2mk7 - daily - over a period of 6 months will significantly reduce arterial plaque and improve heart function along with blood flow.
    Obviously adding CoQ10 plus Magnesium and acetyl L carnitine and at night Taurine all are important for optimal heart function.
    Many studies show LOW dosage supplementation of Nattokinase is not effective. Many ignore the effectiveness of 6 months high dosage supplementation.
    Adding vitamin K2mk7 will dramatically improve results.
    High dosage 100 mg of melatonin plus DHEA and Pregnenolone and vitamin D will also improve health along with
    Exercise and regular use of a traditional steam sauna and hot therapeutic whirlpool and lifting weights along with walking.

    Should be pointed out that these protiolitic enzymes should be taken on an empty stomach. Serrapeptase and lumbrokinase are enzymes that have similar properties and many studies. From what I gather from reading studies they are also very effective. I've been taking all three. I have a genetic predisposition towards blood clots.

      @pramuanchutham7355 I don't have abnormalities with platelet formation or count and haven't at any point. However, there are genetic markers that predispose me to strokes and blood clots. By the same token, I'm genetically predisposed to diabetes but, my blood sugar response is excellent because I maintain an excellent diet and lifestyle.
      Epigenetics can be far more powerful than genetics. I've been following fasting protocols since 1978, and I'm often told I look like I'm in my late 40s; I'm 64. I'm active, maintain muscles with strength training, and eat very high-level nutrition.

    I took 12KFU of NK and used multiple CIMT scans (basically measuring the soft plaque build up in your carotid arteries by using ultrasound) and lp-pla2 (arterial inflammation) as a measure .. after 18 months … no change. If you look at the Chinese studies their CIMT score was 1300 at an average age of 70. 1300 is an age equivalent of 110 (it’s beyond the scale) … that implies some seriously diseased arteries. For context at 66 my CIMT score is 650. Also, bear in mind CIMT measures SOFT plaque, this is NOT CALCIFIED plaque. I’m going to continue to take 12KFU for its anti coagulate properties. To reiterate, nothing will reduce calcified plaque. I got the best CIMT soft plaque reduction (35%) by reducing my apoB to 40, ldlc to 30’s and eliminating saturated fat .. lp-pla2 reduced from 260 to 66 (over 5 years which is huge).

    • @FuzzyBearYT

      So you are a vegetarian in not consuming saturated fat? Very unusual. Most people who eat saturated fat find it improves their health.

    • @jp7357
      @jp7357 Месяц назад +4

      not vegetarian or vegan. i eat mostly plants plus fatty fish. i have no idea what “most people” feel .. i do know that saturated fat is linked to a huge number of metabolic diseases. for me, as a healthy omnivore my ldlc was 190 then plant based plus fish was mid 70’s now on statins + ezetimibe is low 30’s. i saw no improvement in lp-pla2 or CIMT until ldlc was in low 30’s and apoB low 40’s
      ps: vegetarians also eat eggs/dairy/ all high sources of SF.
      vegan diets are even worse with coconut products and engineered meats loaded with SF
      as for dietary choices i dont care very much about what makes me “feel” better i care about what 0:02 is slowing aging and keeping me heathy.

    • @FuzzyBearYT
      @FuzzyBearYT Месяц назад

      @@jp7357 What you 'know' about saturated fat is 100% WRONG. This is what happens when you listen to the wrong people. There is world-wide push for the last 50 years, and even now doctors HATE being proven wrong, to demonize saturated fat. Saturated fat is one of the healthiest most natural fats you can and should eat., often in substantial quantities. There is basically zero VALID research proving SF has any negative impact at all, in any way. Do you think our creator would purposely puts animals on our planet that were created just to harm us if we ate them? They are distinct supplements so any discussion mentioning Nattokinase and K2 can be confusing. I realize this video is about NK.

    • @danielmogos8990
      @danielmogos8990 3 дня назад +1

      You are misinformed by that software. Nattokinase disolves fabrin which is a component of the arterial plaque, so not just a blood thinner.
      Other than that, nattokinase is extracted from Natto, which is also the best source of vitamin k2.
      The process of obtaining Nattokinase is not easy, the total chemical separation is not possible, therefore actually Nattokinase is also a source of Vitamin k2.
