This is still one of my favorite songs. When it first came out My three boys were still little. We would be in the car and it would come on and every one of us would be singing right along with you. My boys are now all in their 30's and every one of them has said just how much they enjoyed singing a long and how much the song means to them...Thank you Collin for this beautiful memory....
My great grandparents died about 10 years ago and this song reminds me of them. Not so much because of the story the song tells but I was just very close to them. I miss them very much and hope they are happy in heaven.
