Next time try diluting the creamer powder with one or two tins of condensed milk in a seperate container dont use heat while getting the milk completely dissolved..after that you can pour it in the heated pan together with the balance condensed milk and ghee...this way the peda will be smooth as the creamer wouldnt be in small lumps..
