Just nine days ago I watched your video carefully and noted down everything and started implementing those things in my mock and sectionals and in the practice Rc as well , and until that day my score in varc was Atmost 15 , and now in these nine days I've given 3 mock and saw a sudden increase in my marks and today I got 37 marks in Varc section of CDC pro 9 , I'm extremely happy and came here to thank you for dropping the gem❤.
And i urge you to please upload some more videos in detail (if you can manage to ).
    Thanks you so much again❤️❤️

    • @TheWiseMentor360

I read , aeon essay and one article from jstor daily .
First I would advise you to read any fiction book of your choice , with easy language ( of your interest , it’s very important )
I have a interest in Greek mythology so ,
      I read
1-Percy jackson and the Lightning Thief
      2-The Sea of Monsters
      3-The Titan's Curse
      4-The Battle of the Labyrinth
      5-The Last Olympian
Please please , choose books of your own interest , otherwise you’ll kill your habit of reading . It’s really important , I had interest in Greek mythology , so , I read them effortlessly , you might not .
After reading these , I was quite comfortable in long reading sessions . The above 5 books are very easy to read.
You can try Harry Potter, Narnia (it’s also an easy read )
You can read 2-3 easy level books .
Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle .
      I read 4 books
      1-A Study in Scarlet
      2-The Sign of the Four
      3-The Hound of the Baskervilles
      4-the valley of fear
These books are good for reading as they are a bit tougher .
After these , I went on reading
Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen
I think you can see results after you’ll read at least 2-3 medium level novels .
It’s really important that you don’t overburden yourself . And think of it more like a hobby . You’ll learn to enjoy and understand .

I am afraid , You have to work on both . What I do is , I keep a book at my bedside , instead of scrolling the phone , I prefer to read the book to sleep .
      40 minutes or so .
Rest , I read in the daytime between my breaks . Do a phone detox , or whatever you’ve to do . , you have to manage everything altogether , because your competition is managing . 😈

    • @TheWiseMentor360
      @TheWiseMentor360  Месяц назад +1

You can try Harry Potter (it’s also an easy read )
You can read 2-3 easy level books .
Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle .
      I read 4 books
      1-A Study in Scarlet
      2-The Sign of the Four
      3-The Hound of the Baskervilles
      4-the valley of fear
These books are good for reading as they are a bit tougher .
After these , I went on reading
Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen
I think you can see results after you’ll read at least 2-3 medium level novels .
It’s really important that you don’t overburden yourself . And think of it more like a hobby . You’ll learn to enjoy and understand .

      @TheWiseMentor360  2 месяца назад +1

What is your average accuracy in mocks ?

    • @TheWiseMentor360
      @TheWiseMentor360  2 месяца назад +1

      I guess after 3rc +va 6
, you are able to attempt 20 questions ,
I think , questions needs to be skipped , not whole rc . Because at times , there are some tough RC’s, with 3 easy questions , 1 tough .
So if you miss that RC , you might miss 3 easy questions .

Aur tumHari accuracy kam hai that means ke tumHari comprehension mein Kami hai . Uske liye upar jo strategies hain , wo karo .

After the first iteration , you’ll be able to solve 7-8 easy questions .
Then solve the medium questions which you marked , this will be your second iteration . 4-5 questions from here .

    • @TheWiseMentor360
      @TheWiseMentor360  Месяц назад +1

I don’t think a big video is necessary for that topic , but I’ll explain it to you here .
those kind of questions are usually guessed from the tone of the passage , for example if some author is praising romanticism , he might show it by mentioning extreme opposites of romanticism and criticising them .
So , when you’re asked about the author’s view on any ‘xyz’ statement ,
Then , usually the wrong three options might praise the extreme opposite of romanticism in one way or another .

You can try Harry Potter (it’s also an easy read )
You can read 2-3 easy level books .
Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle .
      I read 4 books
      1-A Study in Scarlet
      2-The Sign of the Four
      3-The Hound of the Baskervilles
      4-the valley of fear
These books are good for reading as they are a bit tougher .
After these , I went on reading
Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen
I think you can see results after you’ll read at least 2-3 medium level novels .
It’s really important that you don’t overburden yourself . And think of it more like a hobby . You’ll learn to enjoy and understand .

    Hello bhaiya!!
I am a facing alot of problems in DILR...
Varc decent, QA doing more questions.
So... I started cat 7 days back, I solved few basic sets on known topics like arrangements, games, distributions venn etc of dilr....
today I gave dilr cat 2023 slot as sectional..... literally I got -ve in that not even able to solve half set....... when I looked at cat 2023, 2022 dilr sets, my mind went blank and started strong panic, I can't even figure out what to do, how people start such sets, how should I actually start.... I was super feared, if this is the case then how can I even solve 1 set in cat 2024 exam, atleast 4 correct chahiye to clear cut off.....
Please share what should I first, ek set b nhi solve koraha.... please bhai....
    • for the next 4 days, Should I focus on solving more and more lod 1 sets on those well known topics like arrangements, games, venn, scheduling, distributions, etc???
    • Should I note down how we present the data for all the sets (which are new) based on how to present if such data or elements or parameters are given?? is this best to do for every new set which can't come under a topic...
    • Please share from where should I start, Because It took almost 20 minites just to solve lod 1 set... and moreover, there suggesr something.... I really need your help....
    • I can do 3-4 sets daily

    • @TheWiseMentor360
      @TheWiseMentor360  Месяц назад

Don’t worry brother . You’ll be able to solve sets in 2024 .
You just need to work efficiently and in the right direction .
You just did the easy sets are practice sets and directly jumped to tough sets of cat .
      Don’t be demotivated , don’t rush to things .
I’ll soon make a video on dilr , but
      Till then you can
You’ve to know the technique to the standard sets first . First watch video lecture of the basic standard 30-40 sets at least and revise them regularly after 4-5 days .
Then , proceed to sectionals .
Sectionals are in increasing LOD .
      Starting sectionals are easy ,
The middle ones are medium .
And the last ones are tough .
