Just nine days ago I watched your video carefully and noted down everything and started implementing those things in my mock and sectionals and in the practice Rc as well , and until that day my score in varc was Atmost 15 , and now in these nine days I've given 3 mock and saw a sudden increase in my marks and today I got 37 marks in Varc section of CDC pro 9 , I'm extremely happy and came here to thank you for dropping the gem❤. And i urge you to please upload some more videos in detail (if you can manage to ). Thanks you so much again❤️❤️ This video was a holy grail for me🔥

The battle of labyrinth 5. The last olympian

It’s not a necessity , but , you can add them in your reading regime . (A mix of books and aeon/jstor) Alternatively , You can also read from jstor daily .
Thanks a lot for this great video! Loved it. Currently, my Varc scores are stuck in 39-40 and it's just not increasing. Quants toh 3-4 ke upar ho nhi rha aur dilr 1 hi set ho pa rha hai mushkil se. If possible ,Please share your quant and dilr prep strategy in details.

I read , aeon essay and one article from jstor daily . First I would advise you to read any fiction book of your choice , with easy language ( of your interest , it’s very important ) I have a interest in Greek mythology so , I read 1-Percy jackson and the Lightning Thief 2-The Sea of Monsters 3-The Titan's Curse 4-The Battle of the Labyrinth 5-The Last Olympian Please please , choose books of your own interest , otherwise you’ll kill your habit of reading . The above 5 books are very easy to read. You can try Harry Potter, Narnia (it’s also an easy read ) You can read 2-3 easy level books . Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle . I read 4 books 1-A Study in Scarlet 2-The Sign of the Four 3-The Hound of the Baskervilles 4-the valley of fear These books are good for reading as they are a bit tougher . After these , I went on reading Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen I think you can see results after you’ll read at least 2-3 medium level novels . It’s really important that you don’t overburden yourself . And think of it more like a hobby . You’ll learn to enjoy and understand .

@@TheWiseMentor360 Thanks for replying One more thing jo apne basics of philosophy bataye the in bonus tip 1 and apke ek comment me list of terms bhi batai uske bhi koi source baat skte ho ?
CN you plz make a video of most repeated rc topics , including philosophy as well .I don't see any video about it on RUclips as well , i myself have read the definition from different sources but still i forget difficult ones ,
brother , there can be various topics . it may not be possible for me to make as they don't repeat . only the theme repeats , i.e philosophical, geopolitics etc. usually people struggle in the philosophical RC's . so its better to know their definitions beforehand (knowing just a little about a topic makes our understanding so much better /easier).
I’ll definitely try this strategy,,since 2 month when I started my mock journey till now I didn’t score good in varc expect 1-2 mocks although my dilr and quant was good but varc ne jeena haram kar diya haii 10-20 ke range par marks aaraha hai continuously
Thanks Bro for the Tips. I am currently scoring in the range of 25-30 consistently after attempting 3RCs and 5-6 VA questions. My attempts are almost 16-18 but due to accuracy I think I am losing marks. Can you provide suggestions to enhance Accuracy or should I decrease attempts ? Would be really Beneficial
Bro , don’t attempt if you are not sure. This will hamper your accuracy . Try to focus on accuracy . Maintain 60-80 percent accuracy , then increase your attempts
7:10 Gejo sir be like : Chilla chilla ke logo ko scheme bata de loved your video btw, insights were really helpful especially the one about being curious about the passage and increasing attention span, thanks a bunch! I have one doubt, it would be really helpful if u made a detailed video on it. Its about the note making in RCs Gejo sir recommended note takin for retaining key ideas of the passage but now matter how hard i try, i cant seem to judge which information to actually note and in what form, should i write sentences? should i write only words? should i make a flow chart? its the only thing that's holding me back in RCs. I would really appreciate if u practically demonstrated how you do it in your way so i can also learn to do the same
@@siddhuri6511 Gejo sir maarenge Mujhe 🤣 brother , I don’t make notes even for myself . It depends on person to person , I just form a structure in my mind like , ismein author romanticism ko bura keh raha hai . Ismein neutral hai , etc etc .

Hi the tips are really helpful ...QA ke what resources are you using can you tell and whats your revision or course game plan for next 50 days ...Mera apke ek section ka total bhi nai ara lol i guess there is revision gap your game plan can help me gauge what i am lacking in
Thankyou for such an amazing tips I am getting very less marks in varc section and the same happened with me everytime whenever I read passage.... could you please let me know one more thing shall I work more on rc now or on reading? since we have very less time

Yes , I can make . But I think it’ll be a long video ,40 minutes or so . Rather , I can make a video of me solving one rc and with voice over of my thought process .

It will be better if you read on your computer/laptop . But as I am suggesting intense reading , you’ll need to switch to non digital sources also (due to eye constraints ) . You can do a combination of both .
Hello im just too frustrated due to varc....my problem is that whenever i give mocks i score less than 30 or even 20 but during my analysis i do get those questions right idk this is happening in every single mock as well as sectional that at the time of exam im not able to mark out the right but afterwards i can..please help me
Because you already know one option isn’t the answer . That increases your probability of correct answer while analysing .the problem is your comprehension base might be weak . You have to work harder and follow the instructions I’ve given . Within one month you’ll see results .
Brother mere mocks m varc m 30-40 range m arhe h but meri accuracy thodi low h tbhi m generally jyada questions attempt krta hu is it fine for d-day or should i focus more on accuracy btw great video
I have 75% accuracy(mostly) while practicing but in the mock i tend to make mistakes and my avg is like 16. Was doing every question first but after getting these kind marks, i have shifted to 3RC +VA. Recently got 95%ile in CL mock. What are your views? Should i keep doing this or change my strategy?
What is your average accuracy in mocks ? When I said ‘increase you attempts’ , I didn’t meant that you should mark all the questions , I meant you guys to first solve the question with adequate effort and time .
I guess after 3rc +va 6 , you are able to attempt 20 questions , I think , questions needs to be skipped , not whole rc . Because at times , there are some tough RC’s, with 3 easy questions , 1 tough . So if you miss that RC , you might miss 3 easy questions .
Thanks bro for the tipsss !!! Mai abhi tak 4 rcs attempt krne ka try rha tha lekin us wajah se mera VA bilkul neglect ho rha hai, kuch kuch mock mei mai dekh bhi nahi paya ye section bilkul bhi, toh mujhe kaise attempt krna chahiye dono sections taki VA ke bhi easy-moderate questions leave na ho ? kya mujhe VA se start krna chahiye ya RCs se hi ? mera abhi attempt 14-15 par hi atka hua hai aur accuracy bahut fluctuate kr rhi hai
Bhai , Dekho tum Kisi chiz ko neglect mat karo . Ho sakta hai ke VA ke questions easy ho .. baaki sab kar denge toh tum reh jaoge . Wese toh main advise nahi karta kuch chodta , but 3rc karlo pehle easy easy , 1 rehne do . Fir VA karo jaldi jaldi . Agar time bacha toh rc karlena attempt . Aur tumHari accuracy kam hai that means ke tumHari comprehension mein Kami hai . Uske liye upar jo strategies hain , wo karo .
Do 3 iterations . Just focus on the easy ones first . Marks the medium ones . After the first iteration , you’ll be able to solve 7-8 easy questions . Then solve the medium questions which you marked , this will be your second iteration . 4-5 questions from here . Then in the last , do the rest .

Heyy! You know there are some questions like...which of the following will the author will agree is the statement is false. Or if which of the following if true, the author will reject, except. Please can you make a video on that???
I don’t think a big video is necessary for that topic , but I’ll explain it to you here . those kind of questions are usually guessed from the tone of the passage , for example if some author is praising romanticism , he might show it by mentioning extreme opposites of romanticism and criticising them . So , when you’re asked about the author’s view on any ‘xyz’ statement , Then , usually the wrong three options might praise the extreme opposite of romanticism in one way or another .
Sorry for the inconvenience brother .Just open the captions , they are autogenerated . But they convey almost the same meaning . And rest you can post your query here . I’ll definitely reply . Or you can mail me on: thegrowthjunction007@gmail.com

usually , when you'll check the past years paper , you'll notice that majority of the Parajumbles have the answer 2143 . so , instead of leaving them blank or random order . you can fill in 2143 as the answer (increases the probability)

Yes brother , if it’s helping you . Then it’s totally fine . I suggested novels as they are more engaging and the goal is to make yourself comfortable in reading . I started cat 7 days back, I solved few basic sets on known topics like arrangements, games, distributions venn etc of dilr.... today I gave dilr cat 2023 slot as sectional..... literally I got -ve in that not even able to solve half set....... when I looked at cat 2023, 2022 dilr sets, my mind went blank and started strong panic, I can't even figure out what to do, how people start such sets, how should I actually start.... I was super feared, if this is the case then how can I even solve 1 set in cat 2024 exam, atleast 4 correct chahiye to clear cut off..... Please share what should I first, ek set b nhi solve koraha.... please bhai.... • for the next 4 days, Should I focus on solving more and more lod 1 sets on those well known topics like arrangements, games, venn, scheduling, distributions, etc??? • Should I note down how we present the data for all the sets (which are new) based on how to present if such data or elements or parameters are given?? is this best to do for every new set which can't come under a topic... • Please share from where should I start, Because It took almost 20 minites just to solve lod 1 set... and moreover, there suggesr something.... I really need your help.... • I can do 3-4 sets daily
Don’t worry brother . You’ll be able to solve sets in 2024 . You just need to work efficiently and in the right direction . You just did the easy sets are practice sets and directly jumped to tough sets of cat . Don’t be demotivated , don’t rush to things . I’ll soon make a video on dilr , but Till then you can You’ve to know the technique to the standard sets first . First watch video lecture of the basic standard 30-40 sets at least and revise them regularly after 4-5 days . Then , proceed to sectionals . Sectionals are in increasing LOD . Starting sectionals are easy , The middle ones are medium . And the last ones are tough .

I have a interest in Greek mythology so ,

5-The Last Olympian

After reading these , I was quite comfortable in long reading sessions . The above 5 books are very easy to read.
You can try Harry Potter, Narnia (it’s also an easy read )
You can read 2-3 easy level books .
Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle .
I read 4 books
1-A Study in Scarlet
2-The Sign of the Four
3-The Hound of the Baskervilles
4-the valley of fear

Nahi bhai , stick to your approach , you're doing great.
I guess after 3rc +va 6
, you are able to attempt 20 questions ,
I think , questions needs to be skipped , not whole rc . Because at times , there are some tough RC’s, with 3 easy questions , 1 tough .
So if you miss that RC , you might miss 3 easy questions .
Thanks bro for the tipsss !!! Mai abhi tak 4 rcs attempt krne ka try rha tha lekin us wajah se mera VA bilkul neglect ho rha hai, kuch kuch mock mei mai dekh bhi nahi paya ye section bilkul bhi, toh mujhe kaise attempt krna chahiye dono sections taki VA ke bhi easy-moderate questions leave na ho ? kya mujhe VA se start krna chahiye ya RCs se hi ? mera abhi attempt 14-15 par hi atka hua hai aur accuracy bahut fluctuate kr rhi hai
Bhai , Dekho tum Kisi chiz ko neglect mat karo . Ho sakta hai ke VA ke questions easy ho .. baaki sab kar denge toh tum reh jaoge . Wese toh main advise nahi karta kuch chodta , but 3rc karlo pehle easy easy , 1 rehne do . Fir VA karo jaldi jaldi . Agar time bacha toh rc karlena attempt .
Aur tumHari accuracy kam hai that means ke tumHari comprehension mein Kami hai . Uske liye upar jo strategies hain , wo karo .
sir please give tip for the quant section am totally lost!!!!!!

So , when you’re asked about the author’s view on any ‘xyz’ statement ,
Then , usually the wrong three options might praise the extreme opposite of romanticism in one way or another .

Bro i have difficulty in understanding RC and even after fully understanding the Rc the I get confused by questions choices plz some tips
Step 1- Brother develop your reading habit by intense reading
Step 2 - practice elimination techniques using beast method
Hey bro can you tell me , i like read aeon eassys instead of any novels and any kind of books , even I don’t like read novels , so my question is that , if i read only and only aeon eassys on daily basis so , is this helpful or sufficient for me …… by the way you told harsh reality about why we are not able to score in varc section thank you so much this trick will help me to improve my reading and comprehension skills ♥️
Yes brother , if it’s helping you . Then it’s totally fine .
I suggested novels as they are more engaging and the goal is to make yourself comfortable in reading . So whenever you’re solving RC , it feels like you’re reading naturally , just normal reading .
If aeon essays makes you feel like that , it’s okay to read aeon essays .
Bro i have one more doubt, my question is that actually i am not yet now comfortable in VA section or grammar section so bro instead of this if am focusing all on Reading comprehension so , is it sufficient for good score if i doing well in this particular reading comprehension section ????
@@Sprxhh brother , you need to understand how we approach the parajumbles , odd one out , summary ,
Type of questions .
How we find the coherence between the questions .
Then , you can focus more on improving your comprehension , because that’ll help you understand the summary better , the parajumbles better . You already knew the technique to solve , now you can understand it better also .
So , you’ll be able to solve it with ease .
what if I get stuck in word meanings while reading??
its okay , we all get stuck sometime . try to understand the meaning through the whole line .
Suggest some books or anything which we required to read
First I would advise you to read any fiction book of your choice , with easy language ( of your interest , it’s very important )
I have a interest in Greek mythology so ,
I read
1-Percy jackson and the Lightning Thief
2-The Sea of Monsters
3-The Titan's Curse
4-The Battle of the Labyrinth
5-The Last Olympian
Please please , choose books of your own interest , otherwise you’ll kill your habit of reading . It’s really important , I had interest in Greek mythology , so , I read them effortlessly , you might not .
After reading these , I was quite comfortable in long reading sessions . The above 5 books are very easy to read.
You can try Harry Potter (it’s also an easy read )
You can read 2-3 easy level books .
Then I switched to Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle .
I read 4 books
1-A Study in Scarlet
2-The Sign of the Four
3-The Hound of the Baskervilles
4-the valley of fear
These books are good for reading as they are a bit tougher .
After these , I went on reading
Pride and prejudice by Jane Austen

Lrdi shuru kaise krni hai bhai without any paid batches kyuki I can't afford I'm a cat 26 aspirant but lrdi start kaise krni hai koi nhi bta rha bs set solve kro ye kro wo kro set solve krne k liye kucjh pdhna bhi hoga na
Bhai , haan those questions ka pattern Samjhna padega ke basic standard sets kaise hote hain . Elites grid ke lectures mil jayenge telegram wagera pe dekh lena . RUclips channel pe bhi hain kuch playlist .
Apart from Mocks where can i access free RCs ? Can you help me out with that please 🙏
yes, you can try RC99. I've heard they are good (haven't tried them myself)
Hello bhaiya!!
I am a facing alot of problems in DILR...
Varc decent, QA doing more questions.
So...
I’ll soon make a video on dilr , but
Till then you can
You’ve to know the technique to the standard sets first . First watch video lecture of the basic standard 30-40 sets at least and revise them regularly after 4-5 days .
Then , proceed to sectionals .
Sectionals are in increasing LOD .
Starting sectionals are easy ,
The middle ones are medium .
And the last ones are tough .

give a lot of sectionals . check your optimum best attempts-marks .
I watched this video today i wish it was recommended to me before. Are there any chances to improve it now? My average score in varc is 15😔
Ofcourse you can .you just need to work really really hard . just allocate some time for reading (don't substitute from your existing study time ) . rather , replace it in place of your leisure time(instagram , RUclips etc) . keep a book near your bedside (read it to sleep ) . learn to be comfortable with the language . don't worry , you can do it . and you will . you just need to focus and work really really hard .

While solving RC's I am not able to catch the main idea of that particular passage. Should I start taking short notes for each passage I read? will this help?

Cat percentile depends on combined score of all 3 section or also on different sections like on varc qa and dilr?...plzz reply🗽🗽
It depends on all three sections , you have to clear all the sectional cutoffs also .

If yes , then continue doing so .
