we happened to find a kittens screaming loudly, I think the mother did not know why she did not come back even though we observed it for a long time she could not find the cat and we decided to bring the kitten Go home to check and take care because if the mother does not come back the kitten will die.

Babies can only eat so much so when he’s full don’t try and force it to eat more, they have very small stomachs

You are forcefully shoving that bottle in her mouth when she's refused it a couple of times. A kitten knows when she' had, had enough..

Cows milk will kill a kitten with in days.
There's also a variety called "KMR" which is short for Kitten Milk Replacer.

Well I have a 6 day old kitten that is smaller then this one in the video!! I have basically been force feeding it for the last 2 days and last night he finally was willingly sucking the bottle but not a lot. Wish me luck! He is crawling and his eyes are open and he poope for the first time this morning! It was firm and healthy

My husband and I are foster parents and we just had a batch of kitties in which my husband had to basically do the same thing, where he would dribble a few drops in kitty’s mouth and let him swallow, then dribble a few more etc. He uses a syringe (with no needle on it). I was shocked to see that within a relatively short time the kitten started sucking or chomping on the nipple and getting his own milk. We weigh them every day to make sure they are gaining weight. Good luck. I’m sure you are doing a great job. Just make sure the baby is not laying on his back when you do this so he does not choke. Wishing you the best of luck but remember that sometimes despite our very best efforts we cannot always save them.

That 'nipple' is way too long for it's tiny mouth. Be careful! Your good efforts might choke this tiny kitten or worse: get milk down into its longs.
Appreciate the time and effort and you helping the kitten pee. This young, they need constant care and seem constantly hungry. One doesn't sleep anymore, so I have great respect for anyone trying to care of such young animals. Thank you. God bless you and the little sweetheart.

Pay attention to the possibility that kitten might have a condition which is called megaesophagus! I took care for 5 weeks of a kitten that had megaesophagus; 11 vets saw it, but none of them could diagnose it. When a doctor finally put the diagnostic, it was too late! We hospitalized it, but it died soon after that. The enlarged esophagus can be observed only on the radiography, especially with barium. The main symptom is regurgitating food and even milk or water. Not vomiting, but regurgitating! It's something else. The kitten loose weight in a very short time. If not the entire esophagus is affected, it can be rescued by eating only liquid and almost liquid food. And most important: kitten must be fed in a vertical position; after the meal, it has to be held vertically for 15-30 minutes more.

i feel instead of rescuing the kitten you are troubling the kitten more by always holding it in your hands not letting it free and giving too much milk by force..rethink about it and watch other youtube videos for better guidance

It also put them in the correct nursing posture (an upright incline, as if laying on mommy from the side).
