- Creamy Fermented Fish with Pork also known as Prohok Ktis is a Cambodian traditional food. It is served with variety of vegetables.
Ingredients:
1lb[500g] Ground pork
⅔cup +1Tbsp [200g] Coconut Milk
3Tbsp Cooking oil
2Tbsp Chili paste
4Tbsp Lemongrass paste
1½Tbsp Fermented fish
1½Tbsp Palm sugar
½tsp Salt if fermented fish is not
salty enough
7oz [200g] Baby eggplants
Variety of vegetables
