Thank you for the tutorial video on hybrid driving. Just wondering which one produce more MPG: use the cruise control while going down hill and than disengage it and apply fuel to go uphill after the inertia becoming depleted or, apply more fuel while going down hill to build up greater inertia at higher speed and apply fuel when the inertia energy becoming depleted. Thank you.
Thank you for your comment, going down the hill gentle touch acceleration pedal to get your speed , or just turn on Crouse control. Sometimes using acceleration pedal you can get better MPG. Everything is dependent of the car, road conditions etc.
It never ceases to amaze me, living in the shadow, rural to the PAntifapocalypstandia Wheelerchair Wreck, regularly people come to a four-way stop, and sit, forcing EVERYONE ELSE to stop, then, and only then will they proceed. Occasionally I utterly ignore them, and proceed as they're not there. Utterly diseased minds.
Now drive back and tell as what’s your mpg. Because very slight downhill and your mpg will be 70, but on way back no matter how you will try it will be 50
Ok , but my Prius is from 2007 and this is the second generation. It's huge different compared to your ioniq, the situation is completely different if I will take for the test 4th generation of Prius.

What do you do at traffic lights
This was a great video, thank you! Also thank you for saying and showing it all in Miles and gallons! I appreciate that!
You're welcome 🙂
You have great idea for this tutorial, good job 👍
Thank you very much 👍
I THINK PEOPLE ARE MOST INTRESTED IN HOW TO GO FAST WITH IT. THE ECONOMY IS SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY PRESUMED

Great Video! For American followers, that is 68 British MPG and is equal with 57 USA MPG
Thanks 👍 I'm glad you like it
Nice one m8 , thank you
Thank you
What about driving uphill ?
How do I do that in my fusion
Great video 👍 could you make another one of driving only in the town?
Thanks 👍, I have a plan to do it, but unfortunately Covid-19 change my plans.
Effing confusing I thought.
Agreed. I’ve had a Toyota hybrid for 4 years and I’ve no idea what a mix cycle is.😊
@@paultrewin5871….. forget cruise control , get up to the speed limit as quickly as possible

I'm not sure if you watched carefully my video
I don’t understand your long desert action of the cruise control.
It's very simple, try ones again 😉
Cruise control not going to make you best mpg. At least on gen 3 and 4 Prius. Hills, speed, traffic lights kills mpg
Of course will make it, but you need to know how to use it
The Hyundai Ioniq beets the Prius hands down. I can get 75 mpg without even trying

Your medal is in the post! 🙄
@@jmw0368 Thank you ! Its not me that deserves the medal but Hyundai for manufacturing such a brilliant car that showed Toyota how its really done.
@@AutoStartTest Your Prius will probably still be on the road long after the Hyundai goes to the scrap yard.
@@pggp273 You do know Hyundai copied every single part from Toyota right? Theres a reason why Hyundai/Kia are called Chinese Toyotas..
Just use your intelligrnce when driving, no need to lisen to this self‐appointed computer‐soundng pontificator.
You're absolutely right, but everything else can also help, especially less experienced drivers
