DFQ: Why aren’t ALL players given one year contracts? Put in measureables and if the player meets or exceeds, they get a larger contract the following year. I think this would get rid of the enormous contracts for mediocre players.
No player at the top end of talent is signing a one year contract with no injury protection. Prove it contracts are reserved for one year wonders. Also contract prices would skyrocket if Mahomes signed a new deal every year
I don’t think you guys have ever criticized Dabol for sucking. You always use Daniel Jones as the excuse. The Giants lines , special teams and defense has been a terrible every year. Dabol was in the meetings where every decision has been made for the last few years. They had zero improvement on their oline or special teams.
Dumb football q…. Why does the nfl not use the cart to assist players with knee/leg/ankle injuries off the field? (For context… i feel like each week we see some 6’5, 300lb players with leg injuries having to limp to the sideline supported by two 5 ft nothing trainers only to then get on a cart to be brought to the locker room…) why not put them on the cart on the field and avoid the long limp?
Also, as a Giants fan, I'm not upset that Daboll and Schoen are back. I'll be upset if they get fired at the end of next season. The Giants have to play NFC North and AFC West next year. The schedule is BRUTUAL!!! If they are also grooming a rookie QB, it's not a one year turnaround. If Mara is looking for a quick turnaround, it's not going to happen and he should've reset this year.

Josh Allen is relaxed and confident under pressure. Darnold doesn't have the same level of confidence and I think that's the biggest difference.
