The new glow in the dark MOTU Origins Skeleton Warriors are amazing. Seeing He Man face off with an army of them is like a 80s metal album cover.

Great video man. My son got me that transforming He Man a couple years ago for Father's Day. One of my favorites in my collection. Plus the fact my son bought it with his own $$ and surprised me with it makes it that much better. 😊

My favorite GitD fig right now is Super7 Reaction 'Radiation Sickness' Snake Eyes. The fig. represents the episode in the original Gi Joe mini series where Snake Eyes is irradiated and sacrifices himself to save the team (Wrath of Khan style). He manages to survive and emerges from a mountain cave glowing from radiation sickness. Unlike many other GitD toys, this fig. glows red instead of green. The fig. was only available in a box set with the dog sled and driver who saved Snake Eyes in the show.
I wasn't a fan of the ReAction figures for a long time. Now, they keep making super niche figures targeted at very specific collectors. It's really hard not to find something to fall in love with!

I know alot of toy collectors hate funko pops rightfully so but they do have a lot of cool gitd ones like scare glow and lo pan from big trouble in little china.
I do like how many properties they make figures for. Not many other toy lines have such a crossover of different characters, which I know is why they're so easily collectable. As you guessed though, holy crap, I hate funko pops so much! 🤣
The remco gitd universal monsters line from 1980 was awesome to bad the only one I have left is Frankenstein.
They're definitely classics!
Where is the glow in the dark radioactive Homer? it deserves to be mentioned.
I didn't like the gitd TMNT figures for a similar reason to the one the made him hate Masterverse Scareglow...Their heads don't seem to glow. Why would they do that (especially when even the pizza accessory glows)?!?
I get what you mean. I think their head and body are made from a slightly different material than the appendages which make them a slightly duller glow. It is kind of a bummer that they're not AS bright, but they still do glow. I'm not sure why one piece of a figure has to be made from a different material than the others. Anyone have an answer?
