I had a real tornado and I was at lunch so they spit us up by sections and my section had a sped kids that wouldn’t shut the hell up and that’s not even the worst part(they said it was all clear) I was walking to my class (we have portables) and all of sudden BANG everyones screaming the thunder made everyone run inside and then they say go to shelter and this shit ain’t like the drills it’s everyone running around so I was put in a random ass classroom which had some of my friends then I moved for talking💀

When your stuck in the bathroom during a lockdown, keep feet up and stay quiet, if your lights in your bathroom are motion sensors dont move a muscle till they turn off. Thats all i have learned so far, stay safe guys!
(True Story) When I was in summer school. I was washing my hands in the sink. And the intercom said the lockdown is over! I was confused because they never actually announced that we were on a lockdown. To this day I still do not go to the school bathrooms!

Hey i have a story! If anybody cares to read. So in my freshman year of high school, there was a sophomore 3 of my friends had classes with that he always showed up to school high and always dipped and stuff, for legal reasons lets call him joe, and never talked to anybody. One day i was in social studies and the lock down was announced. They would tell the teachers if it was a drill or not so since it wasnt told it was to her that meant it was real and when she started crying we knew it wasnt a drill. Apparently this kid showed up high to school with a gun now he wasnt an active shooter however according to the "rat" he allegedly said they was gonna shoot up the place. Thankfully he went away for 10 yrs but imagine there not only be a shooting but the shooter isnt even sober. Heres why i have to be very careful when discussing this.... for privacy reasons nobody was notified who the snitch was and ig its a good thing because a few weeks later there was a group of boys who were discussing how they wanna find and kill the snitch because their boy got locked up. For all we know that day he could've went after yall and wasnt your boy there... crazy stuff but yea thats the only crazy lockdown story i have. Thanks to whoever actually read it

I just wanted to share some of my experiences because why not :)
My first one was in Miami, it was around second grade when an escaped prisoner came to our school not bad only a 3 hour lock down but that one was probably the least scary one.
My second one was in 8th grade. A kid got arrested in our school because he was making bomb threats and someone snitched on him (he was a well known football player at our school) not bad but my 3rd experience was worse.
This happened in high school, when a guy brought a gun to school and we had to go on lock down. (Not bad but still scary)

I've actually been in a school lockdown before. We were doing maths, which was our second last subject, when the principal told us to do an emergency lockdown. I was told that there was an armed robbery at the burger king on the next street from our school. According to some of my classmates, the robber was being chased by the police, and he crashed his car into a walmart, which was also close to our school.
It's so sad that this actually happens. There are horrible people out there. I feel terrible for people who have experienced this. Stay safe, everyone.😞

So I’ve actually never had a school shooting happen to me, which I’m thankful for, but there were a couple of times where it’s not as bad as getting shot in the head, but I feel like I should still share them
This first one happened November 2022, it was the first few months of me being in 8th grade. I always remember this day bc not only was it terrifying, but I pulled my first girl. But that isn’t part of the story. We were at recess. Me and my friends were chilling by the fence just talking, and we were doing something else but I forgot what it was. Then, I see a guy standing across the street staring at the other 8th, 7th and 6th graders. We were creeped out, but he didn’t do anything, so we just ignored him. And then, a few minutes go by, and one of my friends, who I won’t name for legal reasons, shouted “AYO HE CLIMBING THE FENCE!” I look and I see a different dude climbing the fence, and he’s half way there. Me and everybody else started running inside the school building, and some students said he had a gun in his pocket. We were all hiding in different rooms, and I was in the theater room with a few other kids, including my cousin. So we hiding in the building, but some of the kids start crying, and overall won’t shut up. I’m like, yea we done, I’m definitely getting shot. But then I hear that the lock down was lifted, and we all proceeded to our normal schedule, except for some kids who were so traumatized that they literally held a event in the library as sort of a therapy session. I will never forget that day bc it was the closest thing to getting in a school shooting.
This next event happened in the same school year(there are more stories but these 2 are the most memorable, like seriously our school could not have a break). It was the 2nd day of the 2023 ELA state test. Me and my friends were eating breakfast, when one of my classmates said that he almost got robbed and got held at gunpoint. He said he sprinted all the way to the school, and we got into a lock down. Nobody was allowed in or out until the lock down was lifted. The cops came and arrested the 50 year old man who tried to rob one of my classmates. The school then cancelled the state test and we took it the next day.
Luckily I just graduated from that school and am now in high school. Maybe things will be more tamer
So I’m the first story, the guy who climbed the fence was supposedly a 15 year old. And the “gun” in his pocket was just his phone. It turned out that one of the 7th graders spilled water on him, on purpose, and that caused him to climb the fence. That guy that was staring at us was just walking his dog, and had nothing to do with the kid climbing the fence. I’m pretty sure they shortened the fence(for some fucking reason) bc it looks a lot shorter. The second one tho, a man really tried to rob him

I’ve had about 3 of these horrifying experiences ,I’m gonna go from least scary to the actual scariest,story 1: it was almost time for school to be out, and we get a lockdown announcement and kids ran into our classroom. they said they had saw 2 tall men with bats (wtf is a bat gonna do 😑) and he was basically just banging on all the doors and he did that twice until the cops came and got him.
story 2: ok this was on an early out and we were already leaving,at the car line I saw my dad, he had picked me up before it happened,and here’s how ik the story, my friends told me the next day but here’s what happened, a man came into the school with a gun all the kids ran, some cried. and the cops were going to a different scene and THANK GOD. they were passing MY school and happened to get our call, they did a U turn into my school and eventually got the guy, the reason ik they did a U turn was because this happened right when I was leaving,and I remember once I got home I saw an e mail saying we were in lockdown, atleast one of the scariest.
story 3: we were having recess after church, watching the boys play basketball when we hear the lockdown announcement and thank god we were right in front of a classroom,the 8th grade classroom,it has lots of windows so we went next door to the computer lab where there’s only 1 window, everybody ran in there hiding under chairs and tables, and ofc my dumbass sat under the table under the window 🙄 a man was yelling saying he saw us and he didn’t leave until the cops arrived, he had 2 big guns and he was kinda horrifying based on his voice, cops say he was mentally ill.

the fact that the small youtuber I watched made a video four days ago and already has a most replayed absolutely mind boggling.
here are 3 experiences that happened to me
1.i was in class and we had to go on lockdown because someone kid got arrested because he had a gun so the mom took out a gun but it wasn’t loaded so then the police arrrived and arrested them.
2.we had a sub in history class and he was mean to all of us so then after a while the teacher called the girl a bitch because she tried to get into the class so then here and here friends called their parents and told the teacher that they were gonna kill him so then her brother tried to hop the fence but the police arrived and took him
3. i was in the cafeteria but half of the people were outside so then they started to run because it was a rain day but then they told us that it was a lockdown and that a man with a gun came into our school and he was prisoner so then my math teacher died and we had to wait 1 hour until they let us out but the police took the man away (this was the scariest one)

There was a lockdown in MY school once… luckily I was away but my friends told me all about it. The employee of a Taco Bell… shot his manager and killed him. After, he came up to our school to hide. Everyone in the whole school was in the gym. Luckily cops found him before anything could happen.

one time we had to stay in our classes for an extra 30 minutes after 9th period, and there was an announcement made. Everyone was scared shitless but we had a test and the twacher assured us it was nothing. You could hear and see police officers in the halls. I still dont know why this happened, main theory was there was a bear nearby and rhey were looking forit but i was terrified. Another time some kid posted a gun on his story saying “we gon shoot up the school”. it was a fake and he got suspended but thats all the experiences i have, imagine how terrible it would be in a real one
This happened to me right after spring break,
Me and my friends were already at home so we weren't really expecting anything other than another day like any other until one of my friends who i'll call "E" (she goes to a different school than us) she said that she had got a text message from someone off a random number who texted her "u better run, u better hide, cuz i'm coming for you tonight" so we just laughed at it and they texted like the whole class gc(19 ppl) something about booty in spanish so we still aint think much and my friends were roasting them and then that's when they started texting me specifically to tell everyone goodbye with a gun emoji then started texting my other friend "L" that they hopes he dies and they're sick and tired of everyone then they texted my other friend "A" that they were gonna shoot up our pod specifically then for some reason they had beef with "P" and for some reason she told them our pod then they sent "K" a list and it included ""P" , Me, another "P" or "PE","L", "J","K" and everyone else which PE and E go to a different school we decided to tell our principal the next day so we were put in lockdown until 3rd period and they allowed me to leave early since i was on the list and my mom ain't let me go to school the next day :) Edit: K was literally throwing up and crying cuz of her anxiety :)

Ik I'm late but pray for me yall ... I live in NJ in Newark. Idk why but there's just a lot of creepy people and stuff. and my school is open concept and not high security. So if someone breaks in, which the school is kinda ghetto so I don't doubt it, the whole school is pretty much done for.

i ain't gon lie we had one in international leadership of texas ,saginaw oh it was so scary then one of my friends was on live and really said some " i miss you guys" and kept crying honestly i was shivering me timbers the a person knocked over the door and asking the money that was for lunch then another person came ,we more came and also our door was not lock then the police came he said get down then one of them didn't and had the gun the police shot him in the leg but then the police called the 911 while my class ran to the next door then when it's over everyone cried and i cried to cuz i was not ready to die thank the lord (the end)

i’m just going to share the only school lockdown experience i have had. (LONG.)
This took place when I was in the 1st grade in my school in California, our school was kinda built weird, all the kindergarten-3rd grade classes were in portables except each class had their own portable, anyways this story did not stick to me like glue because at the time this happened i was not scared. I did not even know it was a REAL lockdown until i realized it years later, (STORY STARTING) - It was just a normal day of lunch and recess and i remember sitting at one of the tables (where our teachers make us sit when we are in trouble) with out teacher teaching us something, than something came on the intercom and my teacher panicked, i didn’t know why, but she told me to get on the carpet started stacking our chairs and desks against the desk and asking for help, since the other kids in my class didn’t know what was going on either we just all chatted as the lights turned off, i didn’t think it was real and thought it was a weird drill or something, anyways i remember being excited because our teacher sat down beside us gave us all lollipops if we would all be quiet or at least whisper. Than we were all quiet that felt like forever, than i remember a cop came and knocked our door. (We could see because we had a window right next to the door so my teacher moved it a bit to see who it was.) I still didn’t think much of it because i thought it was someone just dressing up as a cop or something. anyways we were let home early and i didn’t tell my parents much about it and just said “someone dressed up as a cop came to our classroom and we got lollipops!” there already knew and didn’t say anything. We didn’t hear anything about it after or who did it so our school basically covered it up and didn’t tell parents much (It was a terrible school. especially the teachers.) I still to this day do not know if they caught the guy or not because the school refused to tell us anything. I am now in another state and loving my school.

so 1 story wasn’t so bad for me as i just was worried about my brother. 4 years ago i was in 5th grade and my elementary school said we went on lockdown. and our teacher was reading about a shooting at a high school abt 2 mins away from my school(the high school my brother went to)but the teachers decided to not tell us anything abt it. and we stayed in that stupid pod for hours. but finally we got released and my friends dad took me home. i’ll never forget when my mom rushed up to me all worried and i was so confused. my sisters school was also very close and was walking distance from my house. some how someway they let my sister walk home with a shooter in a 3 mile radius. anyways my brother stayed at his school and took a bus to a nearby college where my family picked him up very late at night. sadly one kid was shot and killed that day.
