It's hard to see how much progress we are making when we look at things on a daily basis. But when you zoom out and look at things from a long term perspective, its so clear to see that the work we are putting in is in fact moving us ever closer to achieving our goals.

This is something I’ve been struggling with recently. Striving to achieve my goals has been my main focus and I forget to think about the journey I’m on. 99% of the goal is the journey so if we don’t enjoy the journey we’re not enjoying our life (and our life is most important thing to enjoy!)

You’re right, we have to find satisfaction along the journey. There’s no point being miserable and frustrated 99% of the way just for the pay off at the end as it probably won’t feel worth it.
Sometimes you’ve got to stop, zoom out and pat yourself on the back at the progress you’ve made so far.
