How'd the mangled exhaust cutout happen? Any damage to the bumper or exhaust? Replacement of the cutout starts with removing the plastic pad and trim in the foot step of rear bumper. Iirc, 2 of the 3 bolts, or all 3, are accessed through the side. The furthest bolt inside is a big PITA. Either use a really short ratchet or a small sticker and narrow electric ratchet. It shouldn't take more than an hour to do the total job.

It got stuck on a tree stump. I'm thinking I'll just replace the whole bumper with an aftermarket bumper. No damage to the exhaust or anything else
