  • Norman origins.
Were the Normans French or were they Vikings? DNA may reveal the answers but so far only two studies have looked at Norman DNA and there are problems with both. In this video I look at two Norman Y haplogroup studies to see what we can learn and I debunk the claim that J2a in Europe comes from "ancient Semitic kings"

@@RalphEllis So, were they the Hyksos then - in your opinion?
At least, they were foreigners in Egypt, weren't they?
So, still the question remains where were they were originally from? And - were they (Hyksos) of Semitic origin like many scientists claim?
And - are the terms "Semitic" and "Indo-Aryan" actually interchangeable / the same?
Are they (haplogroups R and J/IJ) two split groups of one and the same (Semitic) origin?
I know a different version of the Scota-story:
It says, Scota and Tea Tephi were the two remaining kids of the last king of Judah (Mattanyah or Babylonian: Zedekiah), who fled from the Babylonians to Egypt (along with the prophet Jeremiah) - and from there, they went to Scotland.... could there be some truth about this story and was the royalty of Judah maybe somehow related to the Akhenaton dynasty?

Pythagoras means Heart of the Serpent, he was born in Sidon, a fishing Port in Phoenicia. His mother recieved a message from the Oracle of Delphi that he would become a great Leader and Teacher. Sidon means Kingdom of the Fish, and the Essenes, who wrote the Dead Sea scrolls, worshipped Pythagoras. The Sarcophagus of Eschmun III found in Sidon names him as the Widow's Scion, aka Hiram Abiff, the Founder of Freemasonry, of which Tyre was the premier Capital (at least equal to Thebes).
In 911BC Rameses II married the Queen of Sidon, home of Jezebel (Daughter or consort of Baal, basically "Queen") founding Neo Assyrian Babylon, an alliance between Egypt and Hiram, father of Jezebel and King of Assyria, and Egypt, forming the Phoenician colonies and building the first Temple of Melqart to commemorate the alliance.
The Si in Sidon is the basis of the Latin Exe, or X, and is the basis of the Cross, or Chi Rho that Constantine painted on his shields. Also known as the Cross of Tyre, or Cross of Baal, being Ra-El, or Ba'El. Oddly enough irrational numbers can also be mapped using Euler's number, producing a Templar Cross in the process. This cross can also be seen around the neck of Nimrod in Assyria, and is consistent with the Union Jack, and Solstice Calendar found in the Vatican Shiva Lingam.
Shiva is the Hebrew word for 7, their culture also found its way to Japan (via the Phillipines) ultimately becoming Shintoism.
It was the Phoenicians who gave their name to the Pole Star, which they used to Navigate the Oceans using the Zodiac, thats what the Antikythera mechanism was for, and with it they wrote the Byblos Baal, what we now call the Bible. The first form of the Bible was written in 325BC and called the Vaticanus Greacus, or Son of the Sacred Serpent, a reference to Sirius, the basis of the Sothic Calendar, which uses a Hexidecimal or base 60 system found in all the Megalithic sites around the world.
In the second century AD astronomer Valentinus Vettori transcribed it into a Lunar chart of 13 houses, what we now call the Zodiac. Horoscope means Star Watcher, and the Phoenician word for Saturn, or El, was Israel or El, (Fruit) of Isis and Ra.
El is the primary God of the Phoenicians, representing the offspring of Egypt, and his consort Astarte represents the Assyrian half of the alliance. It may be possible to trace lineages and alliances through the naming of gods, which can be traced all the way to Ireland and the Vikings, and to Indonesia and the Americas, even as far away as New Zealand and Australia.
It denotes Sirius as Son of Orion and Pleaides, which sits at 33 degrees of the Zodiac. The basis of the Sothic (dir Seth) Calendar of the Egyptians. The New Moon in this position marks Rosh Hashanah, the Egyptian, Celtic, Phoenician, and Assyrian New Year, the first New Moon of September, which is called September because it's the 7th House of the Zodiac, when the Sun is in Ophiuchus.
The Phoenix, Benben, or Bennu is the Egyptian word for Heron, a Feathered 'Serpent'. It baptised itself in frankincense and myrrh at BaalBek, and then alights atop the Pyramid, upon the Holy Grail, or Alter of Ra every 630 years to take three days off the calendar during the course of the first New Moon of Nisan, which means "Prince". The Capstone of Pyramids is even called the Benben or Bennu.
The Phoenix is found in all religions, which are all Astrological Allegory for the Moon travelling through the Constellations, as a soul migrating from body to body, this is the basis of Joseph Campbell's Monomyth, or the Hero's Journey. The various planets no doubt play their own roles as portents, omens, and aspects, this astrology is the science of the Bronze age, and lasted all the way up to the 20th Century. Resurrection was an early teaching of the Christian Church, and likely relates to the lineage of Kings (The King is Dead, long live the King.)
Phoenicians represent the interim step between Egypt and Greece, their artisans and culture exceeding that of the Greeks, who literally adopted the Phoenician Alphabet, which we still use to this day, sounding out words phonetically. Phoenician is aliiterated in Venetian, and Vikings, being Kings of the Sea.
The Bennu is the Egyptian Phoenix, to Phoenicians the Hoyle, no different to the traditions of the Etruscans, who saw birds as sacred, just as the Celts. Hebrew and Iber as in Iberia have the same root meaning over, as in overseas, as in those who travel "over the sea." A colony called Iberia also appears on the Eastern shores of the Black Sea, where the same Dolmens and Megalithic culture originating in Ireland and Brittany appeared circa 4500BC.
_Phoenician_ means Scions of the Phoenix, the first Bible: Vaticanus Greacus Son of the Sacred Serpent (Prince). Then there's the Essenes, Sons of Light, the Tuatha De Danaan, Sons of Light, Annunaki, Sons of Light, Arthur Pendragon means Arthur Son of the dragon, Chertoff is Russian for "Son of the Devil" and Dracula also means Son of the Dragon, Masons have been known at times to call themselves the "Brotherhood of the Great White Serpent". The Ziggurat of Anu also denotes her as a great white Serpent, while New Grange and the Bru na Boinne in Ireland (4000BC) coated buildings with white quartz to denote the Moon. The Moon itself travels outside the Solar Elliptic by 5 degrees, which means it passes through specific constellations in a serpentine fashion that is always changing, but repeats every 19 years, the time it took to train a Druid or Magi, Magi meaning "Teacher" the Phoenix is also associated with this sacred number 19.
The name "Pharoah" means "Great House"
or "House of Light" and Cairo used to be called Babel. Pharaoh's themselves wore a hooded crown representing feathers, just as Native American Chiefs, ie the Feathered Serpent, they were also called the Commander in Chief. Aztecs also had Serpent Kings, (Canaan means Serpent Kings, and Sidon was a Son of Canaan, and Great Grandson of Noah) who were called to lead with cunning and guile, being the very virtue by which they claim the title in the first place; but to be seen in public as just and diplomatic.
"As wise as Serpents, but gentle as Doves" the old Egyptian flag of an Eagle attacking a Snake is also reflected in the Modern Mexican flag, denoting the Constellations of Serpentis (13th sign of the Zodiac) and Aquila.
The dimensions and 12 mathematical constants of the Great Pyramid are also expressed in New Grange, and Stonehenge, as well as in Watson Brake, (2500BC) and Teotihuacan, which correlates to the Phoenician/ Sumerian Hexidecimal system, which is what our modern systems of time are based on.
Officially no one knows who invented astrology, the zodiac, navigation by the stars, and time keeping. But whoever built the pyramids, and pioneered the 24hr clock in Egypt 5000 years ago also knew the exact dimensions of the Earth, as well as the speed of light. These calculations can all be made using these Megalithic sites as surveyors use a theodolite. Specifically Teotihuacan, which sits 180 degrees opposite Cairo, and has the exact same footprint. The ideal positions to determine the speed of light using the transit of Venus, by which one can accurately determine Longitude for navigation. Capt cook did the same thing in 1774 when he 'discovered' Easter Island.
The only culture that fits the bill was wiped out "not one stone upon the other" by the Romans in 146BC. Tyre, the capital of Phoenicia (israel) sat just offshore from Ur Shalom, City of the New Moon, or City of Peace. The root of the name Jerusalem, and was also seized by Rome in 70AD after a 13 year seige. The gap between is 216 years.
Greek Dionysians built the Temple of Solomon (now called the Temple of Melqart) representing the Solar Lunar Metonic Calendar on which this system is based, they also carried mirrors, a practice associated with both the Magi and the Druids as well as Greek and Egyptian scholars, these Mirrors are Astrological charts called "Cycladian Frying Pans" and record the cycles of the planets. The first Temple of Melqart (the Phoenician form of Horus, or Hercules, or Pan, or Thor) representing the 13th Constellation of Ophiuchus or the Serpent Bearer (hence Orphic Serpent worship) had pillars of Emerald and Gold, representing Isis and Osiris. The Jerusalem Temple only took payment in "Shekels of Tyre" a currency minted during the Jewish rebellion against Rome. "Give that which is Ceasar's unto Ceasar"
When Alexander sacked Tyre in 332BC they moved to Carthage meaning "New City" or New Jerusalem, where they built a second temple with Pillars of Bronze.
Nebuchadnezzar also seiged Tyre for 13 years, taking the City captive in 573BC: the same time as the biblical account of the Jews. And again in 70AD after a three and a half year seige, also consistent with biblical accounts.
Esus was a character created by Joseph of Arimathea, who was a Celt, the King of Tyre, the Bible is the Phoenician Almanac, Esus the God of Death, Polaris, the Pole Star.
It's written backwards, in a mirror, just as Egyptians made their astrological records, the Zodiac.

    • @Uncanny_Mountain
      @Uncanny_Mountain 6 месяцев назад +6

Jesus was a creation of Joseph of Arimathea, a curse upon Rome. He's the Author, or Arthur, who pulls the Cross from the Stone; the guy with a feather, or Scribe's pen, hence the Pen is mightier than the Sword.
E Io te Ari Matea is also a figure in Maori mythology in New Zealand, which aligns to the Zodiac, and the Southern Cross, and is forty degrees south of the equator.
They also have He Uenuku Atua, or Rainbow spirit, a reference to the Unicorn, and Jesus, and worship Papatunuku, the Great Earth Mother, also worshipped by the Phrygians of Anatolia as El Pipitunaka, or Titikaka, which is also found in Teotihuacan, along with Amarru Marru, and in New Zealand Oamaru
And best yet, in the western part of the North Island sits Taranaki, which means Northern Star
The Bible is an almanac encoding a world map, including New Zealand, Hyperborea, or Elysium, the Underworld of Hades, and the secret home of the Phoenicians.
Maori having a character called Maui, or the Navigator, alligning to Ophiuchus, the 13th Starsign which lasts 18 days (3x6) and the Manger or Cave in which Jesus was born and died in. Maui plants two eels, just as Osiris planted two serpents, which sprouted into pillars, like Sampson, or Moses, picking up the Serpent Staff of Pharoahs. Ophiuchus being the Serpent Bearer, just as Jesus represents Hephaestus, or the Brazen/ Rainbow Serpent of the Dream time.
Maui also slows the sun, just as Joshua in the Bible, in a battle campaign that aligns with that of Tutmoses III, and his battle with Jericho, aka Megiddo, in which he used a Goat Track, which relates to Capricorn, and we also find in the tale of Sparta.
Cap as in Capstone, or Headstone, or Altar of Ra, the Holy Grail atop the Mountain of Moses, or Great Pyramid, the Holy Mountain of Hermon.
Now if you impose a Star of David and align the central axis to the North and South poles, and flip it upside down, you have exactly what the Bible describes as the transition of the Age of Pisces into Aquarius, and the zenith of Orion, the Root of the Zodiac or Tree of Knowledge
And Maori again have a Forest God called Tane, who separated the Sky God from the Earth Goddess, his position is no different to that of Atlas, propping up the world by his shoulders.
Jews were Celts, and Celts settled New Zealand and mapped it out at least 5000 years ago, at the period of Ireland's Megalithic period. New Zealand being a land of only birds, which Celts saw as sacred, and great trees like the Kauri, not unlike Menkauri pyramid. Great for ship masts, and plenty of flax to make sails for Aladdin's flying carpet (Sailing ship). Aladdin being King Solomon, his mines being the astrological knowledge that put them centuries ahead of Rome
Sadly in 200AD lake Taupo (Night of Tau, Taurus) erupted and buried the entire island, very few survived, but some did, and their ancestors are still around to this day.
They have the same language and stories as Palestinians, who speak Aramaic, like Jesus, and E Io te Ari Matea
Which means the clear first month of the Calendar, and relates to Tammuz
Hence the call in the Wilderness, Pan, E Io Matea calling out to his people
Come out, come out of here my people, and so shall she deliver of of ye yea, up up up unto me, and in so that I might bring of ye yea some comfort.

Amusing and sad to see that the ridiculousness of the "British Israelite" craze of the powerful families of the late 19th century still continues. Another place you can see this in action is the lists of charitable trust funds, so many prioritise Jewish causes over indigenous ones despite being entirely Anglo in nature. Presumably a result of the nobility seeing which way the wind was blowing a few centuries ago and attempting to get in on the game, to their own discredit.

I anticipated that the woke team might release a certain paper before you, perhaps titled 'Monty is an Arab.' Undoubtedly, they might utilize this finding in an article without acknowledging the sources like Yfull and ftDNA. However, these genetic databases assert that the J2 haplogroup has existed in Europe since the early Bronze Age, if not earlier, even extending back to the neolithic period. It's important to note that one's identity isn't solely defined by their haplogroup. Culture, heritage across various ancestral lines, and a set of personal values shape who we are. If haplogroups were the sole determinants of identity, then the R1b (R-V88) people in central Africa would speak admiringly of their pale European ancestors from Lepensky Vir.

Before Rome, the Greeks contributed to the spread of J2a, and prior to them were the Mycenaeans. There are numerous branches of J2a. The specific branch to which some of the Montgomerys belong is known as J2a-Z6055>Y14439. Interestingly, the sub-branch J-Z36834, which runs parallel to J-Y14439, appears in ancient sites in Greece among the Minoans. If you examine J-Z35788 on ftDNA, or J-Y16842 on Yfull, you'll notice that this particular branch diverged from others over 4000 years ago, during the Bronze Age. Therefore, theoretically, I could trace the path of the Montgomerys as follows: Mycenaean civilization - Ancient Greece - Rome - Gaul - Francia. Within the territory of Francia, in an unclear manner to us, one of them became part of the Norman elite. This might have occurred through dynastic marriages or through the demonstration of their own capabilities. In short, they have no connections over the last 4000 years with figures like Hammurabi, Ashurbanipal, and similar.

My own family tree had five generations erased three different times. Other people have reported the same problems. It is not clear who is doing this, but apparently once someone subscribes to a genealogy website, they are then free to roam wherever they want and erase or change other peoples' family trees. I suspect it is wokesters (ie marxists), trying to erase European American family histories. These days marxists seem to be very determined to destroy European culture and heritage. We must be posing a hindrance to their political agenda for them to be so determined to eradicate our identity.

If you are R1A or R1B that makes sense. Both are the predominant haplotypes in Persia and Europe. The haplotypes originated out of the Black Sea area, Ararat/Caucaus Mts. Part of the group migrated north and the other into Persia.
When looking at these DNA migration patterns keep in mind timelines. Where do we believe first civilization started? Persia, then spread west. Not as they would have you believe out of Africa and spread east that doesn’t fit archaeological records.
      Another important feature to note.
R1A and R1B are the only 2 haplotypes capable of producing blue eyes and both mother and father must share this in their ancestory.

It has been well established that the idea of Western European noble families or whole peoples having Semitic origins was simply a Christian claim in order to Christianize Europe easier, so that Europeans could somehow relate to the Biblical stories. I thought everybody knew that. To see that now some "experts" take that idea seriously and try to prove it is just ridiculous.

I was surprised that so little research has been done, or made public, showing the Y-DNA haplogroups of Norman families. Did a "Big Y-700" test through Family Tree DNA and got a result for a R1b grouping that originates in Bronze Age Scandinavia, one (distantly) related to that of the Scottish Clan Dunbar.
Despite that, it's hard to say just when that Scandinavian R1b came to Britain and whether it was with the Anglo-Saxons, the Norse, or the Normans.
It would be helpful if more academic testing was done on Y-DNA at that 700 STR level. I'm assuming it's an issue of expense.

I am a significant amount of Irish background (50%) and ofcourse the rest is English and Scottish (lowlands mostly)… also American by citizenship. My last name is Norman but found mostly in Ireland or Irish Anglo-Norman (my great grandfathers parents were from Watersford). My haplogroup however is not Norman (Norse) or Celtic, but actually Anglo Saxon (I-Z63). Infact a large percentage of people who are Irish with my surname have the same exact haplogroup. This isn’t really a surprise when I looked up the local history of south east Ireland (the local language was Yola not Gaelic, which is a dialect of Middle English). In the Middle Ages a lot of English were brought over as mercenaries or artisans and workers. I traced my haplogroups journey from Northern Germany (where it is also common) all the way to England (some I-Z63 went east with the Goths and then south). To Wales and then to Ireland. It’s rare but not impossible to find the more Norse Norman haplogroups. The original de Poer was a Norman however 99% of his followers to Ireland were mostly Welsh, English and Flemish. I-Z63 is not a Nordic subclade but entirely continental Europe having branched off early from the Nordic I haplogroup.

But I1-Z63 is not at all exclusive to them and is also found among burials of Normans, Vikings, Goths, Franks, Lombards and many other historical groups. The only reason it's not considered "Scandinavian" is because it seems to have poured out of the Scandinavian peninsula entirely. It almost certainly came from Iron Age Jutland. The lads just wanted to GTFO I guess. Iirc it's one of, if not the most common branch of I1 outside of Scandinavia and dispersed throughout Europe.

There are people in Italy, Spain, Portugal, England, Germany, Scottish lowlands who have it. It’s absent in Scandinavia though which is why I don’t believe it is Norman.
Also the part of Ireland my great grandparents come from was within the Pale which is historically the Norman/Old English part of Ireland. Yola the language spoken there is entirely related to Middle English (Yola was spoken up until the 18th century I believe). It showed that, with all the marriages to indigenous French noble women, though William was Norse on his patrilineal line, and therefore Y-haplogroup presumably, he was probably only about 20% Norse overall/autosomally, and 80% French (though note that the margin of error was quite large due to a couple of unknown mothers).
