Well, the upside, for us anyway, is now that we've watched this video and read the comments, we have very low expectations for our upcoming visit. That being said, our incoming flight gets to Atlanta at 8am. Our outgoing connection leaves at 9:40 am. I wonder if we'll have enough time to get a coffee and a quick bit of breakfast.
I was in The Club in BOS last month and it was also dreary. You hit the nail on the head, though. The Club at ATL IS the only Priority Pass lounge in thls huge airport - and THAT particular situation is no longer unique! Domestically, Priority lost access to the Plaza Premium lounge group last year and, as of a few months ago, also lost access to its last remaining lounge in LAX, KAL. I suspect both Visa and Mastercard will ultimately abandon Priority Pass and go with DragonPass, as they have in Canada. ... uh, I'll be in Atlanta tomorrow afternoon on a nearly three-hour layover. Might just skip "The Club."
I agree I also tried to do a vlog and it was so congested I could not even find a seat, so I just gave up. There was almost no food and very noisy .I felt like I was In a mall food court.
Pre-pandemic it was much better. For some reason they eliminated bagged snacks like chips, smart popcorn and granola bars! That was one of the best things in this always too crowded bar. And what happened to the tomato bisque-- it was wonderful.
I will start by saying this is the worst lounge I’ve ever visited. The agents have shown zero interest in helping customers, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a lounge. I was told I had to be added to a waiting list. After waiting for a total of 2.5 hours and since I wasn’t called or didn’t receive a text, I decided to go back and ask how much longer I have to wait. Only to be told in a very rude manner that the Priority Pass customers are not their priority and I need to wait until they texted me. I waited another hour and didn’t get a call back or text, so I asked to speak to the manager and what a joke!! This lady was extremely rude and horrible attitude. My advice, skip this lounge, save yourselves from a horrible experience, and don’t bother!!

Thank you for watching and commenting. I’m afraid the upcoming sapphire reserve lounges will be overwhelmed also.

Thanks for watching and for letting me know.

Agreed. Visited this club twice in my life and both were underwhelming.
Thanks for watching
