This LIVE OOR CONCERT was held in OSAKA…I believe that is where JURIA & CHISA are from. TAKA has an AMAZING VOCALS…his mother also has a beautiful voice. The BAND MEMBERS sang in this one. Taka takes care of his voice. He does acupuncture on his throat and even has a certain diet to make sure he is healthy. Both his parents were professional singers so he grew up around music.
Japanese fans and no phones: it's usually a requirement and most venues take it seriously. They can fish you out of the crowd and make you leave the venue if they catch you recording. Taka's parents are enka singers (it's a genre of Japanese popular music), so he was trained young. His dad is actually a record holder in terms of single hits on Oricon and sold 90 million records (OOR is at 3 million currently, but of course with the digital age, album sales are much lower now than in his dad's prime) His younger brother Hiroki is also a rock singer, leading the band My First Story. He has a similarly toned voice but I think Taka is more skillful and trained.
