I think everyone agrees that the whole shadowlands expansion didn’t happen in lore and was only a shared hallucination after sniffing to much azerite with magni at that one club.
I support this theory. I literally forgot shadowlands existed for a minute, and i was happier for it

@@krushingkobra judging by how The Witcher show turned out, I really don’t trust Hollywood to do it any justice.
I highly recommend reading Arthas: Rise of the Lich King from Christie Golden, it's soo good.
If Blizzard is smart, they would just never mention anything from Shadowlands ever again so that we can all act like it never happened. But they keep reminding us unfortunately now as well with the War Within expansion and Anduin's storyline in it.
The comedy kinda clashes with the lore a bit to much for me lol.

Holy shit. I nerded (raided) the shit out of WoW from original release up until some point in Warlords of Draenor, which finally got me to quit. I never followed the development of the game afterwards and just heard that shadowlands and that jailer stuff weren't the greatest. I never knew it was THIS bad.
This game had such great lore. From classic and especially through TBC and parts of WotLK. It really didn't deserve this. Wow..
Honestly Shadowlands wasn't all bad. The dreadlords (and their direct master) were quite fun, for example. But yeah, Zovaal the Jailer truly sucked.
hate to say it, this is why “?” Is the best wow story ever…
I never thought Arthas was cool, unlike a lot of nerds who think "evil and edgy equals cool and badass," but he's an interesting character with an interesting story.
That Azur Lane collab is still going on? I guess it never stopped. Makes sense though, Azur Lane is the most successful battleship game of all time. Well, battleships in the shape of cute anime girls, can they really be considered battleships?
