The idea is that if we have to do something anyway, then we might as well do it with positive feelings, and that attitude will even lessen the burden of the task (whereas a bad attitude or resentment just makes a task harder). This advice is really good because it invites us to turn lightness of spirit into a habit, and it makes us more present, and it teaches the brain not to overthink and blow fears out of proportion. Some people even use tasks and chores as a kind of meditation, and look at them as a self-care ritual, and so over time they no longer dread doing those necessary tasks and don't procrastinate. I swear your readings come at the perfect time. PILE 1. You are stressed with certain responsibilities at the moment. _I am! I regretted re-enrolling. I am stressed and had extreme anxiety days ago, and it's just the first week of school!_ ADVICE: Don't be a perfectionist. Do not take time to perfect things that are not important for the time being. Sometimes you need to let the small things go in order to finish the important things with good quality. Be wise about what tasks to begin with. Take off the first 1-3 tasks that are taking a lot of burdens. Once you get these things that are scaring you out of the way, things will start moving quickly.
