Netflix or someone needs to make the whole series available. I wished they'd done it far sooner before CDurang passed away. Wanda's Visit has not aged a bit. It's a fresh and funny as when I first saw it in 1987.
"Laughing Wild" indeed!!! A great American genius is gone now but will never be forgotten. RIP. Let us begin a revival of his work and restore him to the pantheon where he belongs. He unleashed a torrent of hysterical laughter in me that surprised even me. I shall forever be grateful for that gift. May we all start looking at the world through his apocalyptically absurdist lens. It may be the thing that will save us.
Thank you so much for uploading this! It's a shame this series it's widely available. Really great that you're making this stand-out episode available to people.
Thank you so much, Mr. Bungee, for posting this. Any chance that you might get access to a clip of an actress doing the sublime first monologue from "Laughing Wild"? And what about Dana Ivey in "Baby with the Bathwater"?
We all loved Christopher Durang plays in
theatre school. So good. What a genius.
RIP.
Rip Christopher Ferdinand Durang, you will be missed

Happy to share. I was surprised it wasn't already available here.
@@MrBungee I had seen this episode on RUclips a while back. But then it disappeared. TRYING TIMES gets removed by RUclips.
@@KevinGeeksOut I’m hoping they’ll let this one stay. It’s too good not to be shared.

Sorry that I don't have any clips of those to share. Wish I did!
