The only one I think you missed is related to the Alt+Up/down. It's Shift+Alt+Up/down which will duplicate your line or selection.

CTRL + /
dont work for me

Might be because of the Power BI version, Ctrl + / is pretty new.
Either update your Power BI, or you can use the old way, which is
CTRL + K + C (comment)
CTRL + K + U (uncomment)
