Dan Thank you for motivating me through out the years I've been watching you, It's helping me out just like other fitness influences, and I'm trying my best and it's working, so thank you, and don't forget brother, DO .THE. THING. Peace ☮
2:10 probably one of the most effective yet misunderstood habits of weight loss. Your quote of being intentional, patient and consistent is a quote of biblical proportions 😂🙏🏾
I think creating a good habit should that issue. Keep in mind it takes 3-4 weeks to create a habit. Currently I walk 6 miles Monday through Friday. Everyone’s schedule is different but make time and be intentional with it. It’s all about creating intentional habits. Once you’re 5-6 weeks in you’ll see the change.
Hey dude, do you put on any group skipping sessions in SoCal? Will be in the area for a while and would be cool to meet some of the JRD community for a workout
@@JumpRopeDudes Damn, well if you do pull something together anytime between Nov-Jan I’ll be there. Could make it holiday themed to a Christmas music playlist, skipping in festive costumes (like ugly Xmas sweaters), group exercise as the finale of a “12 days of jump rope program”, etc. Just an idea haha, would be pretty epic
If you're under the age of 60 and you currently don't have any injuries there is no reason to use lifts or escalators. I always feel good sprinting up stairs. WTF is wrong with people?
